Perfect kids club
The Kids is Club 5 stars everything is amazing! Our Little Girl loved the activities, the popcorns, Mini Disco and also the face painting. Thank you so much Jasmin, Cheery, yare and Jaqueline for so many beautiful moments our little girl will remember.

Just return from this resort. It was our second time at this resort. Wanted to come back after an amazing vacation here in 2023. We had two preferred rooms this time around and our butler Francisco was great! Extremely helpful and got us anything we asked him! I highly recommend him for a Butler!! Rooms were very clean and house keeping did a great job cleaning our room every day. One day we rented a Bali bed on the beach and that was phenomenal!! Our server for the Bali bed was Nelson…. He was fabulous! He worked his butt off all day making sure we had everything we needed plus more. He would randomly see us later in the week and would still go out of his way to see if we needed anything! If you’re thinking about renting a Bali bed definitely do it and make sure you request Nelson! He will remember you the next day on the beach and still go out of his way to see if you need something! Spa is so relaxing and clean! All of the ladies there make you feel so welcomed! I had a message done by Carmen! She was so sweet and caring. I would also recommend Carmen for a full body massage. It was perfect! The entertainment team was fun! Jay, Happy Boy and Mello always had great activities. Our kids had a blast with them around the pool! Diving for domino’s, egg toss, dancing you name it! Kids had fun with them!! The beach at this resort is absolutely gorgeous! The sand, crystal clear calm water is truly the most relaxing beach! By far the BEST beach we have been too. Before returning to this resort we were seeing how a lot of people were getting sick. We didn’t think much of it since we were here once and nothing happened. Well 4 out of the 5 of us did come down with “something”. Not sure if it was food poisoning or just a bug. Chance you always take when traveling. Just happy we had pepto and zofran on hand with us! Even though 4 people from our group missed a day of beach / pool time due to not feeling well we still would come back to this resort. By far our favorite resort in the DR.

Best kids club experience wonderful staff!
A wonderful family vacation kids explorers club was a hit. The camp girls Cherry, Yari and Jazmin were wonderful. With 4 boys keeping them busy is a challenge. They offered many activities day and night. Thank you girls for making the vacation fun and exciting for the boys!

Best beach in Caribbean
Most of the large chain resorts in the Dominican Republic are pretty similar — some a bit better, some a bit worse. So instead of going over every detail, I’ll just share the main reasons why I would (or wouldn’t) come back to this particular resort. ✅ Reasons to Come Back: 1. The Beach — Truly the Best in the Caribbean No exaggeration — and I’ve seen most of them. Warm, golden sand, crystal-clear water, no waves, no seaweed. Just perfect. 2. The Crowd Most guests were Spanish-speaking, family-oriented, respectful, and calm. No loud parties, no drunken behavior. Please keep it this way, hotel — don’t start handing out English-language hotel discounts. ________________________________________ ❌ Reasons Not to Come Back: 1. The Beach Beds You actually have to visit a chiropractor. Lying on one feel like a torture. I wouldn't be surprised to find them in a medieval torture museum. 2. Food Poisoning We had read about it in other reviews, and unfortunately, it happened to both me and my wife. If you're skeptical, just check the resort gift shop — Pepto-Bismol is front and center, clearly a best-seller. ________________________________________ 🔚 Final Thoughts: In the end, the amazing beach and peaceful crowd just barely outweigh the discomfort of those brutal beach beds and the risk of food poisoning.
