Beautiful Resort! Wonderful Staff and Service! Erik at The Sugar Reef Bar, Santiago and Joel at the Preferred Club Bar. Portofino excellent food! Marco the chef was amazing! Hector and Astor and Everyone gave great service! Neyra at Preferred club check in desk was always sweet and smiling. Geovany bellman was great. Victor was a kind salesman always asking if we needed anything. Love, Love, Love this resort! A++++++++++

The staff here is incredible! They try so hard to make your experience perfect for you. In the World cafe Sandra will make the most perfect omelette! She has a smile always and so kind and thoughtful not to mention a great cook! In the PC Lounge Lupe makes a perfect espresso Martini and works hard to connect with everyone Also in the PC Lounge Joel will take perfect care of everyone and makes the best margarita! The hotel is beautiful and there are miles of gorgeous beaches to walk. Really enjoyed everything about this Dreams❤️

Great family experience
We are a family of 5 (kids 11,10 and 9) and we totally enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool, water slides, surf board and trampoline activities. The bedroom was clean and comfortable beds. First time we experienced the night shift room cleaning service. Would get back to a clean and ready to sleep beds. Restaurants were great, and the service at the Patio Restaurant with our server Harian was top notch. Will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our week at Dreams. The upgrade to preferred is worth it just for the evening in the lounge when Santiago is at the bar. He is a true artist making the most amazing cocktails. Ask for his special drinks and just trust him. So good. Other than that the preferred upgrade doesn’t offer much extra. The rooms are very nice. And the preferred rooms are the same as the regular rooms. There is also no difference in wine in the preferred lounge vs the restaurants. The specialty restaurants are all good. I think the best thing I ate all week were the ceviches and the tempura roll at Meraki. At the buffet see Sandra in the morning for an omelette with a smile and try the peanut butter and jelly smoothie. And there are crepes at every meal. The ice cream place is great too. Beware you cannot swim in the ocean ever. And Carlos that works at the pool is not nice at all. Steer clear of him. We normally stay at RIU hotels and found this dreams to be pretty similar.
