This was one of our favorite stays at an All inclusive and we’ve stayed at other Hyatt and Dreams properties. The activities, food and staff made the experience the best. Edwin was awesome at breakfast and lunch. He was genuinely friendly and made our family feel welcomed. On my sons birthday, he surprised him with a cake and candle and the staff sang him happy birthday. The kids club staff, Mary, Shiela and Ela were so kind and our kids did not want to leave them. We will be back for sure.

Spice Hibachi
Hibachi at the spice was great! We made a reservation for 20 people and they accommodated us without any issues!! Miguel was amazing!! Definitely must visit for sure. The food was spectacular and the entertainment my Miguel was perfect!!!

It was amazing.
Phenomenal meal! It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The cook did an amazing job. It was an amazing experience and we all thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the triple meal. It was delicious

Delightful stay
BEAUTIFUL RESORT We stayed as a couple for 5 nights on the Preferred side. My husband and I have done a dozen or so All Inclusive trips in many parts of the Caribbean and Mexico. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. Everything was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The room on the Preferred side are HUGE, clean and cool (no musty smell at all) with King bed, 2 closets, double sinks and a separate toilet room with a 3rd sink. There's a large balcony with a jetted tub, 2 chairs and a small table. The staff was exceptional and the service top notch! Shout out to Alejandra, Angel, Edder at the adults pool. They always remembered our drink orders and we never had to wait for their service with a smile! The servers in all the restaurants were great as well - always smiling and joking! The food was delicious everywhere. We had breakfast daily at the buffet, lunch by the pool and dinner at the several specialty restaurants. We didn't eat dinner at the buffet. It was nice to NOT have to make reservations, except for the hibachi, which we didn't do. We spent all of our time at the preferred side adult quiet pool, but the family pool was always bustling with activities for families. The ONLY thing negative about this resort is the seaweed on the beach. This side of Mexico is dealing with this and the resorts do everything possible to stay ahead of it. They try, but Mother Nature always wins. The way Dreams Jade is situated, there are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise water and because the beach is a little lower, the seaweed isn't obvious unless you are down on it. Another plus, no wristbands! We would definitely return!

Perfect getaway
We had a great week at Dreams Jade. It exceeded our expectations. We booked a preferred club room (which we recommend) and it was large, clean and very well equipped. The preferred adult only pool area was really relaxing. The food was very good. Over a week only a couple of meals disappointed us. Food highlight was Spice restaurant. The buffet was great for breakfast and lunch. We didn’t try it for dinner. We really appreciated access to the preferred room lounge as well.
