Fabulous hotel, we will definitely be back! Sara our breakfast waitress was so sweet and attentive, the food was amazing, gorgeous pool, comfortable loungers, beautiful sunset bar and a wonderful location inbetween Las Americas and Adeje. 10/10.

Winter break
We did A/I and preferred which we’ve done before in other dream resorts in Europe. The staff in Tenerife dreams are very welcoming efficient and friendly. The food was excellent in all restaurants with plenty of choices. Our room was spacious and kept spotless by cleaning staff. We did think there would be more entertainment during the day but this didn’t spoil our holiday. Just what we needed some winter sunshine and relaxation.

Golfing holiday - causes good. Hotel nice although sunbeds like sardines. Went AI - good until check out 12:00 AI STOPS - lucky for us 13:00 pick - just a sour note to end on

Brill
Our 3rd time to this hotel but our first review. Amazing hotel , amazing food , Cleanliness throughout . Staff coukdnt be more helpful from the pool staff to the hotel rooms to the preferred club morning staff but , a very special mention must go to Fabian who is always so professional and so efficient and an asset to the Hyatt group . He makes everybody feel so welcome and takes so much care of all guests . Thank you We will be back Dorothy Lewis

Its No 1 for us !
its No.1 for us.We have stayed at this hotel before so we knew our way around.We usually book A.I. with preferred club status. Check in as usual is done with little fuss. The reception area is a tranquil area which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The restaurants are all good. I really can't see how anyone could fault them. The selection of dishes is excellent. We ate in all of them and found them to be excellent. The bars are great with the Sunset Bar a personal favourite. Victor and the rest of the team are always welcoming. Its a wonderful experience sitting with a nice cocktail watching the sun set. The rooms are good,not fabulous,just good. I am not really sure if there is a tremendous difference between preferred club rooms and standard rooms? The hotel is clean and kept to a good standard. The preferred sunbathing area is good(sunbeds crammed together too tioghtly perhaps?) the only fly in the ointment is the noise coming from the DJ of the beach club just across the walkway....shame really,spoils the tranquility. The staff are ALL excellent. I would name them but I don't want to miss anyone out so they are all great. My one bugbear as always is the Unlimited Luxury deal. 😒😒Even with this option you still have to pay if you want say ice cream or crisps. If you want to have a Hennesey brandy instead of a house brandy you need to pay for the Hennesy. You don't pay the difference in cost. You have to pay the full cost of the Hennessey?? Same with some of the mixers. Its either Unlimited Luxury or it isnt?😊😊👍 Its a petty thing which could easily be solved by a management review.👍👍👍 However.I did not let it spoil my holiday and would reccomend this hotel to anyone who asked me. We will be back again come November this year.
