  Absolutely amazing hotel!

  Absolutely gorgeous hotel, it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive (got given champagne on arrival), amazing pool, rooms were gorgeous (we stayed in a standard room and even that was good), great location, great food and a good selection as well! Absolutely zero fault

  Travelling the world for 5 months so far and would rate as average

  This is the only hotel I have stayed in in Tenerife and would not stay here again due to room place 654 poor views, lack sun, great location of hotel but there must be better hotels to stay at... Travelling the world for 5 months so far and would rate as average

  Fantastic experience

  Fantastic, beautiful hotel, great service, good food, near everything, the bed in our room was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa was great. No complaints really.

  Lovely stay however..

  We had a really enjoyable stay at Dreams Jardín Tropical and overall found it to be a lovely resort in a fantastic location. It’s only about 15 minutes from the airport, close to the beach, and within easy walking distance of local restaurants. Despite being so well located, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, making it easy to access and wonderfully peaceful. The atmosphere of the resort is calm and tranquil while still being very family-friendly, with plenty of activities available. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are lots of different places to eat and drink around the resort. The staff truly stood out — everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming, which really enhanced our stay. The all-inclusive offering was very good in terms of food and drink quality. We also appreciated the extra touches around the resort, such as the table tennis and pool tables, which added a fun and relaxed element to our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was lovely and very well appointed with everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented. However, our suite was located directly beneath the gym, which meant there was some banging noise in the mornings that could be a little disruptive. There were a few downsides worth mentioning. Some of the rules felt quite rigid or random, such as having to be seated in the bar to be served. This would have been less noticeable if service hadn’t been slow at times — something that seemed more due to a lack of staff rather than the staff themselves, who were always doing their best. One evening we arrived back late and rushed to the buffet just before closing, only to be asked to sit while staff were clearly cleaning and trying to finish their shifts, which made us feel quite guilty. While the all-inclusive package is good, all food stops at 22:00, and even room service is very limited and ends at 23:00. There were no late-night snack options available, which felt surprisingly restrictive and would be a great area for improvement, especially for guests who go out in the evenings. We also experienced some confusion around allergies. We were asked about dietary requirements at check-in and again when booking an on-site restaurant, but were initially served a dish containing the allergen. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well — they immediately came to us, apologised, and created a new allergy-safe menu, which was very reassuring and showed how attentive and caring they are. Another point worth noting is value for money. We stayed using reward points and a significant discount, which made the experience feel very worthwhile. However, given the limitations of the all-inclusive offering, we’re not sure it would feel like good value at the full asking price. On departure day, despite having a late flight and remaining at the hotel, our all-inclusive access had ended, which is something we haven’t experienced at other resorts and found a little disappointing. Despite these negatives, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Dreams Jardín Tropical is a beautiful, well-kept resort with an excellent location, outstanding staff, and high-quality food and drinks. With more flexibility around dining hours, clearer allergy handling, and a more generous all-inclusive package, it could be an even better experience.
