An amazing hotel with incredible staff. The level of service throughout from start to finish was first class. The location and facilities in the hotel were fantastic. We had an amazing room overlooking the ocean which was superb. Would highly recommend this hotel. We were only there for three nights but would definitely stay longer next time.

Wow wow wow!! 10 outta 10
Now we’ve stayed in many hotels in Tenerife but this is by far the best, we couldn’t find any faults with this hotel, from the minute we walked in we were greated with a smile and one 2 one service, we upgraded our room which was easy to do, the food is exceptional ❤️ we found that no1 was in hurry, every member of staff were just lovely to talk too, there is none of this hurrying around, or staff rushed off their feet, if they were they didn’t show it! food came out hot, without waiting too long, breakfast is the best I’ve ever had, plenty of selection, same with all the meals we had, the rooms are spotless, good size tv, good WiFi access, the beach is literally a 2min walk, great entertainment at night and not too loud if u want an early night, in all I would give this a 10 outta 10, whether ur going as a couple, a family or solo this hotel caters for everyone, we will definitely come back that’s for sure 🙌

Amazing hotel with great staff and facilities
Amazing hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. The pool is big with great sunbathing areas, especially the preferred club section. The food and drinks are great, and would say the preferred club lounge is great value for money. It's also got a lovely spa, and is in a good location right next to great beaches and lively areas.

Definitely Recommend
The hotel felt luxury and all the staff were very welcoming! Hotel is stunning and in a great location. We had a standard room (bed & breakfast) which was all we needed and the bed was so comfy! We did feel the bathroom needed a freshen up as it was looking a little tired. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and beds made. We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance team come out straight away to fix it! House Keepers were very friendly. The pool is fantastic and we never had an issue with getting a sun lounger. Plus you are allowed inflatables in the pool. Breakfast had the usual options, fruit, cooked breakfast, pastries etc. We went to the barefoot grill for late lunch and it was really nice. We went to Babbo for dinner and it was AMAZING, recommend if you like steak. Everyday we went to the pool bar for drinks and snacks, great service.Overall our stay was lovely.

Amazing holiday stay
Had a fantastic 10 days at this amazing hotel with my partner. From check in to check out the staff were amazing during our stay. Had one issue with the AC was not great but when I said it to reception they could not be more helpful. By the time we got back to our room they had sent up a massive electric fan which more than made up for it. Fantastic bars and restaurants but would definitely recommend having a drink in the sunset bar while watching the sun set every evening amazing experience. The pool is lovely and always plenty of beds available so non of this nonsense of rushing down early to book beds. Overall we had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel
