What can I say except WOW! Just came back from the most amazing week in this hotel with my parents. Everything was just spot on for us! The music at all point of the day was incredible, the views are to die for, the staff are sooo friendly and the food/drinks were great. We had the preferred club and the additions for this made the holiday even better. Thank you team for an incredible stay. I need to add that the effort on the Christmas decorations were greatly appreciated, fabulous.

Very good hotel
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic outdoor gym I used every day, good food especially at the Italian restaurant (recommend the pizza) at a very reasonable price. Overall a very pleasant stay for us nothing to criticize and would definitely stay here again

Great hotel for a relax holiday
What a great hotel. Good location, close to the beaches and boulevard. Great restaurants and bars, with a spectacular cocktail menu. The staff was very friendly and helped everywhere where they could. I would recommend this hotel to everybody that is looking for a relax holiday in Tenerife.

Overall a great hotel with nice restaurants and many different areas to hang out. Great pool and great architecture. WiFi (room #397) was quite bad. The room (#397) lacked quite a bit of maintenance.

Tropical paradise
Once again, we spent a wonderful week at the hotel. As frequent returning guests, we were given the best room. The staff are delightful, and the services and the appearance of the hotel are outstanding. We look forward to seeing you again next year.
