Great hotel, close to centre of adeje without all the noise. Hotel itself is like a fairytail, entertainment was great if you like live music Cocktails great, grill great SO to Jacques and the young waiter with the glasses, amazing people!

Excellent hotel, one of the best we've stayed in
The hotel is excellent, one of the best we've ever stayed in. Staff were lovely, food was great and the hotel well maintained. Great pool and always plenty of beds. We went preferred club and it was worth the extra. We weren't so keen with the surrounding restaurants etc but we went for rest so were very happy to spend most of our time in the hotel. Perfect for a 5 night break in the sun and we would go back.

Dreams hotel staff make it great!!
Having stayed in high end hotels over a 30 year period I have to say this Dreams hotel was the best experience yet. The staff are phenomenal!! So friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even when I had a meal delivered incorrectly one night, they quickly replaced it, apologised profusely and gave us free drinks. Just excellent service. The favourite part was the ‘Preferential Club’ which added on to the B&B so you got free afternoon treats and drinks including named spirits. You also get access to large cabana beds in the sun overlooking the sea. Very romantic setting but would skip walking towards Playa de las Americas as it just gets too English! We can’t wait to go back again!!

As always, a super experience
I have been coming to this hotel in February for the past five years, either with family or with friends, and am always thrilled with my stay. This year was no exception. Amazing architecture and landscaping, with the pool area beautifully lit up at night. Convenient to local restaurants and to the promenade for long walks by the sea. The pool is heated - a necessity early in the season - and we particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics and the gym classes. The Club Lounge and the facilities available through the Preferred Club are an enjoyable extra. I must also compliment the staff who are always so friendly. We have just booked our 2026 stay, as we wouldn’t dream of going to a different hotel.

Jun 10, 2025Avoid unlimited as it’s not value for money. Very limited
The unlimited option should be avoided. The service is too slow and there are too many limits to what you can have with this option, just avoid. Half board or just a preferred room are far better value for money. The beach bar that used to be part of the hotel is very noisy if you are unfortunate enough to be assigned an ocean view room at front under gym area. The restaurant are actually really good and way better than most canary hotels. The fish one was closed when we stayed and limited us to 3 options and limited buffet. Bar service is so slow, you can see why some staff are a bit unhappy. Lots of checking staff but they obviously don’t want the drinks flowing too freely. You’ll be lucky to get one drink every 2 hours.
