The hotel exceeded our expectations. The architectural feel is a welcome change to the standard hotel layout on the island. The location of the hotel onto the promenade was perfect for walking to Costa Adeje and to Playa Las Americas. The room was spacious and clean and even contained a steamer to iron clothes which came in handy. The breakfast was superb and was easily the best we have ever had. The live music played every day just added to the environment. If you like to visit the gym whilst on holiday then this hotel provides a great treat. The open air gym set high up on the hotel provides a lovely view of the beachfront area and is a beautiful location to work off a few calories from the previous night. The sunset bar was a treat with a perfect sunset every day coupled with some of the best cocktails we have sampled. Overall this was the best hotel we have stayed in Tenerife and we would love to go back again next year.

Dream vacation in a Paradise place! Accomodation, staff, food and drinks - top notch! I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the near future!

lovely hotel , fab location
we are currently staying here - 4 adults and a 2 year old. we booked last minute and are in rooms on the 7th floor . Everything is great !! the staff are lovely , breakfast fantastic , location great and everywhere beth clean . we would highly recommend the hotel The Carsons and the Maccio's

I would never recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Looks are perceptive. Service is terrible. The room I was first offered was like a cave. No light and definitely no chance of sunshine at any time of the day. Second room had light but no sunshine at any point of the day.

If food / service is a big part of your stay this is not the hotel for you ! As the food is shocking . Breakfast acceptable Reported a few bad issues with our room and a wardrobe door which fell off . Not a 5 star hotel & not worth the money . But this now seems to be the normal standard in Tenerife
