Rooms were clean 3/5 but had a little odor. Weather was humid. Some reviews said there is no hot water. There is hot water. The food was good 3/5. The food at Oceano restaurant was excellent 4/5; Margarita was great. Seaside grill 2/5, the food was no good. Portofino food was not bad 3/5, the chocolate lava cake was great. The staff were excellent but knows very little English but they tried their best to assist always. The Kid’s Explorer club was great for my kid. He enjoyed it and adores Kelly!! In the middle of the night I could hear airplane passing by except for that it nice and quiet. The activities 3/5, staff tried to keep us busy and entertained. The night activities are usually good. The day time activities could be improved. The city tour excursion was exceptional 4/5. Karen and Luis (concierge)from Preferred Lounge was very helpful and assisted with our needs. It’s best you know at least a little Spanish or have translator on your phone ready.

Best experience, I loved it, clean, and the people is fantastic, must be put mexican food, i miss my chilaquiles and other kind of food. I loved the gym and the atenttion of yenny.

A Unique Experience
Thanks to our head chef Harold Reyes for making us a special dinner Thanks Ingmar and Johnathon for entertaining us And a special thank you to the Manager Mauricio and the restaurant servers for making our stay a beautiful one The food was awesome especially the dessert Love the resort especially my room which was overlooking the golf course You must go to the seafood restaurant by ocean the food is terrific

Amazing experience
The service was excellent. Our server Jesus silva was amazing he went above and beyond. We appreciate not only him but everyone in the resort. Also the spa was amazing the women in there are extremely nice and caring I definitely enjoyed it
