Aug 11, 2025Vacation with family and fiends came to celebrate a 50th
Awesome experience with the hotel and the staff was super friendly and hospitable the gym was super clean and I enjoyed the cycle classes every morning. George was AWESOME as a spin instructor. The only downside was the food, it could’ve been better but other than that. Awesome experience

It was a nice stay. But the beach installations need updating (oceanas restaurant had drippings, only 3 bathrooms and not so clean). Beach should be clean even if it is garbage coming from the sea. some Beach and oceanas staff are responsive but only. when tipping. food was good at portofino and oceana. buffet was standard. grill restaurant was closed most days. rooms are good but bathroom needs a deep clean as well as the doors…receptionist were very helpful. only thing, they did not allow us a late checkout (after 1 pm)

I’ve been a UVC member for about 7 years now and the Check in process sucked. I waited over 5 hours for my room that wasn’t ready until I complained. There is not a lot of food variety in the resort so the food choices was very limited and little entertainment for the guests to engage in!

The food was not good in any of their restaurants. Also, one afternoon they booked some sort of private event by the pools (there's only one pool area) and they asked all the guests to leave. The music is so loud you can hear it from the room. The service was ok, people are very nice and attentive.

My family and I feel that the experience was not the expected as we thought initially.
Installations are very comfortable and moderns. Rooms and service room are incredibles. However, the services of the rest of the hotel must be enhanced. There is not distintion about the type of payed estance in the hotel. This situation makes to feel some uncomfortable and rare. In the case of the recreative activities, the service and personal attention is outstanding, like the ones given us by Miss Yenny. Thanks a lot!
