Everyone at the resort has been extremely friendly and willing to help out with anything. Damian stood out with us because he remembered who we were from day 1. He was at the pool every day that we were here and went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met!!

Amazing!
We had an amazong time! The room was nice and very clean, animation was fantastic, all the staff super nice. Food amazing as well. We went to the spa for a massage and we loved it. 100% recommend!! Keep in mind there might have seaweeds on the beach!

World cafe
Jonathan from world cafe best waiter. We came to same table everyday and got amazing service. We came here for breakfast and lunch everyday. He new our order by hard and we never even had to ask for anything. Awesome experience and family loved it

Our family of four had a nice time at the resort. We’ve visited the Dreams brand before and find it to be clean and a good value. The resort does have a smaller footprint which is nice and that’s good to let the kids roam. Food was ok, about what you would expect from an AI. This resort had the coldest rooms we’ve ever experienced anywhere in Mexico and it was fantastic! The chair game that everyone talks about is real! I was down every morning around 6am to try and get a couple spots and they fill up fast. The beach is pretty much non existent here although they try to keep it cleaned up. The French restaurant was our favorite with the short ribs and French onion soup and Oceana was our least. We did choose to pay for the Preferred club and found it to be very worth it to have food accessible all the time and some different drink options. Freddy in the bar there was really good. Also, Luz, our server at the pool was fantastic with a smiling face and did a great job. Fabiola in the sports bar was very good as well. Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.
