Sep 13, 2025Unbelievable stay in at Drams Onyx i Punta Cana, DR!
First trip to DR. We had a wonderful experience! Friends and family had told us to look forward to a great time and it was just that. service was great. atmosphere was laid back, casual. rooms and public areas were very clean at all times. Staff was friendly and responded cordially to requests for information and services. Our concierge, Emilio, was available to us at all times. Could not have asked for a finer person.

Best experience ever
Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a private balcony with a spectacular view. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of our next visit. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and hassle-free vacation.

We lovedd this resort. As our first family trip in years, the entertainment team made it an experience worth remembering, as well as all the workers! they were so sweet. the buffet staff to the cleaning staff, not only were they kind they worked efficiently and amazingly. we would one million percent recommend this resort. Hugee shoutout to chispita, shadow, L.Dicaprio and allllll the staff tbh. Much love!!

Perfect summer vacation!
Perfect vacation. My girlfriend and i stayed in a preferred club private pool room which was absolutely amazing. Starling was our concierge and he was amazing. Taking care of us and always checking in. So special shoutout to him. Since we had a preferred room we were allowed to use Tamarindo as a preferred restaurant which was very nice. Everyone took their time to serve you. For breakfast Ignacio made it everyday special! Always recognizing us and saying hello. For the swim-up pool bar Alejandro was an absolute gem. Making cocktails and serving them to us without asking. He was always waving hello to us from across the resort. Our stay was a solid 5 out of 5. We really enjoyed it! The food and drinks are really good as well. I’m a picky eater and this was never an issue for me, so much variety and food too choose from. We spend our days mostly at the adults only pool which was nice and quiet. Coco cafe was also very nice for a coffee or frappe! Weather perfect! We definitely recommend Dreams Onyx to our family and friends, we hope to come back in the future one day <3

We previously visited Dreams flora prior to booking dreams onyx and unfortunately dreams onyx was not on the same level as dreams flora. It was good overall the entertainment team and drink servers by the pool were fantastic. Ionel serving drinks always made sure we had a drink in our hand and shadow from the entertainment team made sure we were always having a good time. The service in the restaurants and quality of food was just a bit of a downgrade compared to dreams flora. Overall was pretty good
