Dreams is an appropriate name when the staff, property, service, amenities, entertainment, food, & drinks live up to it! Being able to lounge by the canal and relax to the waves crashing the shore & watching the massive ships lineup to pass through the canal was above my expectations.

The rooms need dehumidifier, they need to revamp the menus…..pork is served all day everyday in every restaurant. No variety. Not a place for young adults. Elevators didn’t work near the rooms. The grounds are beautiful but the experience was a waste of my money and time. Will not be returning

In general terms I would give the hotel and my stay a 3.5 rating. The rooms are a bit old, mainly the bathrooms, the beds are comfortable but with polyester bedsheets, which is too warm although there is aircon. The food is fine, a lot of variety, but the service is very slow and it wasn’t peak season. There is music all day long with a loud speaker by the swimming pools, which I personally do not like. A lot of the towels provided at the swimming pool have stains, there isn’t a nice beach, also the water is not clear. The employees are very nice, always willing to help out. If you are looking to eat and drink like there is no tomorrow, this may be the place for you. But if you are looking for quality holidays this place is not for you. I went thinking this hotel part of the Hyatt chain would be very good, but overall I think is very expensive for what it is.

Must visit resort
The place is beautiful except for the iguanas😂. The best ammenty was the food. Everything was pretty much perfect. I highly recommend a visit if you want a reasonably priced high quality resort in Panamá. Iveth was an amazing host.

Relaxing Getaway
The resort was nice. Me and my wife went for 8days and we had really nice time. The service from the staff was exceptional, well trained and very courteous. The Market Cafe supervisor Neftali and host Natalie was very nice everyday. Velkis she was amazing, the young lady Stephany on omelette station was the best, her attitude was always pleasant and becoming. Sanchez at poolside bar was phenomenal with his personality and drink making. The staff really make this resort an excellent place to stay, we will definitely come back to this relaxing resort. If you’re looking to do a whole lot other than relaxing and enjoying the resort this probably is not place for you
