Loved the staff, very friendly and welcoming. The crew at the Seaside Grill was amazing. Facilities are well kept. Clean areas. The only negative experience was my breakfast at the buffet, food was cold and look like it had been out for long time. I've been to multiple dreams resorts and this was the first time I was disappointed with the food. Aside from that we had an amazing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful—lush gardens, clean pools, a gorgeous beach, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The food was consistently good, with a wide range of options and friendly service at every restaurant. A special shoutout to our concierge, Junior, who truly elevated our experience. He was helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. His thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. Dreams Royal Beach is the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and we’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Overall it’s a beautiful property. We enjoyed our vacation. Wilkin at Grotto bar is the best server during the day, Yesmary is preferred buffet most attentive breakfast service. Our personal concierge Jacaira was very attentive. Swimouy preferred club room was convenient. Food was subpar, not ALOT of variety, expected better, though hibachi was our favorite. Spa was great, no hydrotherapy available if your child is under 14. Being a dreams/family friendly property this was disappointing along with the adult focused entertainment at the pool, not much interaction for teens.

Excellent Stay!
Our family of 4 spent four days at the Dreams Royal Beach. Service was exceptional; food was decent and had a large variety; the grounds and property were beautiful; the pool was gorgeous, and the Preferred section was well worth the extra money. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful stay in love
We had a wonderful romantic stay at the Dreams Royal Beach Hotel. The property is very well maintained, with a beautiful garden that invites relaxation. The staff is very kind, always smiling and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The buffet is varied and of very good quality, we feasted every day! Special mention for the Tides bar near the pool, where cocktails are excellent. Only small downside: a little noise in the corridors at night. But it did not ruin our stay. We will be back with pleasure!
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
