Overall great experience. A couple of the greeters at the restaurants could have been nicer. No one was going to ruin my reason for being there.

We had a great week at Dreams Tulum! Victor, Eric and their team made the experience so fun and memorable. The pools were nice and we loved Carlos and Edwin at the swim up bar. They always made a point to remember us and our group. The food was good and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely book this again!

Loved my room and view of ocean. The service was excellent. And the pool team from entertaining to serving food and keeping space clean was as excellent.

Fun and interesting. Good conversation. Knowledgeable. She hosted loteria and my son won. I also saw how she also lead the dance party at the pool. She does a great job.

Amazing
Ronnie was an amazing entertainer. Very informative and entertaining. We had a great experience and we would love to come back again. Ronnie taught us so much about the Mexican, Mayan culture that we didn’t know before.
