I have stayed at several Resorts, Hard Rock Puerta Vallarta, Westin Puerta Vallarta, Rui Bahamas, Aruba, Cabo, Westin Cancun and several others that I can't remember, This was the 2nd worst hotel. The staff in Capers were amazing, the staff in Himitsu was not so great. The whole experience was rushed and a joke for a large party. The food for breakfast was the same everyday and for breakfast only real place to sit down. We had a wedding party of 54 people to the resort for a wedding. No discounts were offered(which was no the same for Hard Rock). Rehearsal dinner was set up next to the pool. The hotel is very close to public access so several people walking by during ceremony. At one point another party was dancing and partying with their drone right next to our ceremony. I would highly not recommend this hotel for a destination wedding.

Fun resort with 3 pools, kids clubs and few restaurants. Food at Carnival was the same every single date we stayed with minor modifications. Entertainment was ok. Capers allow only adults, so plan accordingly. Tamarindo was the worst restaurant taste wise; exception was the gaucomole experience by the table.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great views of the sea and the sunset. Excellent service and very attentive staff! Love Capers Italian restaurant and Himitsu teppanyaki service. First time at all-inclusive resort and will definitely come back! Love Mexico!

Excellent vacation
The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. We upgraded to the penthouse suite and it was very well worth the cost. I would definitely return to Dreams Vallarta and book the penthouse in advance. Private concierge fully stocked bar on the floor and a selection of snacks.

Great family vacay
Fantastic food and stay, great service. Our butler noemi was fantastic. Better than we had expected and would highly recommend to visit! Room service was great and the restaurant staff and service were all wonderful. definitely a great place for families
