Mar 17, 2025Tropical Paradise! With Yoga!
Dreams Vista is a one of a kind All Inclusive beach front heaven. The short walk to the Ferry for Isla Mujeres is a must. The entertainment staff, including Robert, Eric, Victor, David & Ruby are welcoming & enthusiastic. The food & drinks are excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my hydrotherapy session (which was extremely affordable). But, most of all, the daily morning yoga sessions with Ericka Montana, were the highlight of my stay. Getting treated to a Yogi of her caliber on a vacation to the beaches of Cancun was a fantastic luxury. Dreams Vista really elevated themselves above the competition by hiring Ericka.

Favorite Resort Ever!
Everything was so special, not like any other resort we stayed at, not one negative thing to say. The staff was amazing, so helpful and polite. Emmanuel greeted us and showed us to our room. Kendron and Jessica were at the roof top pool everyday with smiles. We can’t say enough about the entire resort!

Our stay at Dreams Vista had its ups and downs. The connecting rooms were a significant concern. While they could be beneficial for families or groups, they also posed a safety risk and disrupted the relaxing vacation we had anticipated. We experienced a situation with our neighboring room, where loud music played from 11:30 PM to 2:15 AM. The connecting doors made the noise even more pronounced. Despite reaching out to the front desk, hoping to be moved for the night, the noise worsened. The initial response from the staff was dismissive, attributing the sounds to the air conditioning, which was clearly inaccurate as the blaring techno music was unmistakable. It wasn't until a call was made to the neighboring room at 2:15 AM that the noise finally subsided. We relied on the resort's assistance, as confronting the noisy guests ourselves didn't feel safe. It was unfortunate that it took so long to resolve the issue. On a positive note, despite this one encounter the staff across the resort were amazing and consistently cheerful, enhancing our experience with their warm and attentive service. They added a personal touch to each interaction, making us feel welcome and valued. The dining experiences were hit or miss. At Himitsu, the food fell short of our expectations, lacking in flavor and complexity. The room service was disappointing, with bland quesadillas and margarita pizza. However, the taco bar was phenomenal, featuring some of the best corn tortillas I've ever had. Unfortunately, the themed buffet was underwhelming, with too many American dishes, which was not what we anticipated from a Mexican resort. The entertainment at Dreams Vista was a highlight, offering something for all ages every night. We absolutely loved the mariachi band and the vibrant Mexican dancers during Mexican night. These performances added a rich cultural experience to our stay, making our evenings memorable and enjoyable. Overall, while there were areas for improvement, the exceptional staff and lively entertainment made our stay at Dreams Vista an enjoyable one.

Fantastic Stay for Families and Couples looking for wonderful, friendly and professional service.
This is an excellent option for families with young Children. Plenty of space in the pools and beach for all guests. I would say the best was the kindness of their employees. I am grateful with the Front Desk Manager Mr. Palomo for making our stay fantastic. The entertainment team lead by Erik and David is amazing! Robert, Max, Rubi, Irene and Steph are wonderful, professional and friendly. The chefs Arcangel and Marco at the Teppanyaki are worth the stay. Mr. Apolinar and Mr. Rene, the lifeguards kept us safe at all times. Finally, Mr. Ivan, made an impeccable job about keeping and maintaining our room spotless at all times! I highly recommend this property to my friends and family. THANK YOU!

Super Relaxing Stay
I just came back from a 7 day stay at this resort was wonderful. Easy check in and out. Rooms were spacious and had great views. Food was always great. Some longer wait times at restaurants from not making reservations but no more than an hour wait and we just went to a bar and got drinks. The complements boat ride was amazing and highly recommend! The staff was amazing. Claudio at the lobby bar always made such cool drinks like drinks iv never seen. Also, David and Erik were amazing in the entertainment team. Always trying to make people participate in fun activities. Alvin was also super nice and made our stay amazing and was super welcoming. It was super close to the ferry to Isla Mujes, walking like 10 mins. Super family friendly and for young adults.
