Great family birthday weekend
Such a great time. From the minute you walk in hotel is so pretty and the smell is so delicious. Check in was such a breeze and fast, Maria Ruiz at the front desk was so welcoming and inviting , such an asset to have employees with such good personalities. The guys out in beach were quick and helpful. Everything was just perfect . I would definitely recommend and will for sure stay here again.

We checked in very late after a long journey but still our room was not ready. Was offered an upgrade which was immediately available (which I thought was great) but was then told that I would need to pay for the upgrade (so no gesture whatsoever was offered for not being able to provide my room well after the check-in time - not so great). The pools are not very special. Very crowded. Despite booking a room for 4 people, we were only entitled to 2 sun loungers on the beach but this was academic given that they didn’t have enough available sun loungers anyway. In-room dining food sub-standard. The only things we enjoyed were the large modern rooms and breakfasts at Ocean Social. Overall, we had a very underwhelming stay.

Amazing service
Mauricio was the best bar tender of all time. Very professional ; I’ve visited multiple resorts and he did not hesitate to make sure his customers were 100% satisfied ! Deserves a raise !!! Keep him in the bar lol !! All of the servants were respectful and nice! But Mauricio came through every time!

I had an amazing time at the Eden roc hotel. The service was beyond great!!! Mauricio was one of the highlights of trip!
Mauricio Banquets was one of the best bartenders during this trip. His service and personality stood out amongst all others, looking forward to coming back to Miami and receiving this service. He came around and always made sure me and my friends had an amazing time.
