Lovely! I had the misfortune of visiting Miami during one of the coldest times in over a hundred years, although that wasn’t ideal the hotel was! I loved it here. The lobby bar was excellent and the service we received from everyone, from the Front Desk to the Bartenders and housekeepers, was excellent. It was a beautiful setting. My room had a wonderful ocean view. I’ll be back.

Upon my arrival in the 11PM hour due to the storm, there was a full club happening in the lobby. Loud and overwhelming. I was given a room off a very sketchy hallway on the first floor and the key did not work. I went and forth to the front desk (exhausted) THREE times…still didn't work. Then they say “security” would be let me in and bring back my key…which sounds anything but secure to a female solo traveler. Front desk finally called a manager who found. Room on a higher floor. Finally in room at almost midnight. Key worked but room was hot, AC didnt work, bathroom was dingy (see tub) & I have no clue what they were doing to fire alarm (see pic). Asked for one hour late check-out in the AM and Christian at front desk was rude, would not give me a chance to ask my question or explain. Just condescending & a no. Asked for a supervisor who clear was more senior and after listening to my needs immediately changed my check-out. Beach staff were amazing. Beach food was horrific. Nothing came at the proper temperature: hot guacamole, cold fries, stale hot dogs & etc. Its as if they cook it all first thing in the AM. Nothing made to order. Cocktails horrible too. Had to send back drink & food. Ocean social is so-so. One day fine, the next day $60 for one margarita and three flavorless cold steak tacos. Rude front desk, dated room, bad food. Skip Eden Roc. Stay on Nobu side.

The Best hotel in miami.
We live in miami and always go to the Nobu/ Eden ROC for our little staycations! Sometimes with our girls but this time to celebrate our 15 year anniversary! Either way it’s always the best experience anyone can ask for! From the minute you walk in to the day you check out!! Diego Ramirez made sure of that!! Not only did he take care of everything, but he made sure that our anniversary stay way the most memorable ever!! Thank you for always making our stays so memorable! And thank you for treating our little girls as if they were yours! You and your staff our truly the best!!!! Thank you Diego.

Eden Roc great hotel all the way around
JASMINE was awesome from the moment she said HELLO to the very end of our call. She was great and so quick to accommodate my husband and I when I flight was cancelled on 1/28 and rebooked due to the weather. Jasmine made sure our reservation was saved and when we arrived on 1/29 the staff was equally welcoming and great with getting us to our room. Eden Roc is the best hotel for come to and getaway from the cold in NJ. The food is great and so are the drinks. I recommend this hotel to family and couples.

Amazing experience
I had a very stressful situation with a trip that was originally booked through a third-party company and needed to be completely rebooked, and I can’t say enough good things about Jasmine in reservations. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly caring from start to finish. She listened and handled everything so smoothly that what could have been a nightmare became an easy, stress-free experience. Jasmine doesn’t just deserve 5 stars — she deserves 10 stars for her amazing service and compassion. Thank you, Jasmine, for turning such a stressful situation into a wonderful experience!
