Wonderful !
I had a fantastic 30th birthday trip! Diego gave me an upgrade with a beautiful room overlooking the ocean and there was a slice of birthday cake waiting for me in my room when I arrived! Special shout out to Anthony from engineering who helped my sister change her flat tire! He was a lifesaver!! Can’t wait to come back again ❤️

Very nice
The room was comfortable and the beach area was pretty! Christopher and Julian at the front desk were so nice :) It was my first time in miami but I really enjoyed it.
