Went for the day to the pool cabana with friends. Both Kim and Chris L served us. They are AMAZING! They are kind, thoughtful, constantly checking in. It’s lovely to have such great service with wonderful people. Thank you! A really special day.

The pool and beach staff truly made our experience unforgettable. We were lucky to be taken care of by Chris L and Jamecia — both were absolutely amazing. Jamecia was so friendly and full of positive energy, and she gave us fantastic recommendations on where to visit in Miami. Her advice made our trip even better! Chris L was incredibly attentive and polite, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their outstanding service and warm personalities really elevated our stay. Thank you to the team for making our time here so special — we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Beach Day with Excellent Service! ☀️🌴
Me and my cousin had an amazing time by the beach, enjoying the sun and relaxing on the daybed. Chris and William were very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the start. Our server, Miguel, was incredibly attentive and friendly—he even recommended drinks based on my preferences, and they were absolutely perfect! The whole experience was relaxing, fun, and made even better by the great service. I would definitely come back again!

Top level service and accommodations
We checked in on Thursday and Christopher assisted us with EVERYTHING. He even chased us down when we were going the wrong way later and called me out by name, ushered us to our correct elevator and wished us well. His service as well as the valets and beach waiters was top level. This is service and rooms that you would expect to pay double for. We loved our stay and will be coming back as the environment is SO welcoming and inviting.
