Got a day pass for the beach and had the most spectacular 5 star service. Our server, Jamecia was 10 steps ahead, so fun, and thoughtful! It was birthday and she made my friends and I feel so special. We will be coming back!

EXCEPTIONAL, exceeded my expectations!
Sought a beach side hotel in Miami Beach for a long weekend. Based on reviews and the cost, we selected the Eden Roc. Service was outstanding! Several key individuals who stood out: Jasmine, Diego, and Albana. But the individual who was the most helpful and exceeded any expectations we had is (was) Melissa Fielding. Furthermore… The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the view from our balcony outstanding! The daily breakfast buffet with the omelet station was also very good. Lastly the availability of bikes (one hour complimentary) was a nice plus - although you could use newer bikes. Thank you for an exceptional stay. We’ll be back when we return to Miami!

We've been coming here for 3 years
This is our 3rd year staying at Eden Roc. We get 3 rooms for our 'adult' family members and stay between 7-18 days. We like the laid back atmosphere and the beach is outstanding. The location works out well and also love the balconies that on our rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious and the noise level is minimal. Each year we work with Licio Marfisi to plan our visit and arrange for our rooms. He has been excellent. Super responsive, always trying to get us the best deal. He is very patient and very professional and represents the Eden Roc brand extremely well. I've checked out a number of other hotels and for the quality, location, and cleanliness the Eden Roc is a solid value. My only negatives (these are both minor issues) would be I wish there were more food options and in the February months, the main pool is in the shade of the hotel fairly early.

Wonderful experience
This hotel is so beautiful and clean.. wonderful experience.. Max was so helpful and accommodating in every way! He made sure our needs were met at all times.. def would stay here again
