Positives: Well located for the beach. We didn't have the best weather so didn't use the pools but they looked nice. Breakfast was great in Nobu. Porters were friendly when we had contact with them. Negatives:The front desk experience wasn't great, check in took a while due to a key issue, even though it was just us at the desk. As did the check out after I changed the card that I wanted to use to pay. Felt like the staff need better training. In the room, I didn't like the fact that you couldn't store anything else in the minibar except for the expensive mini bar items. Apparently you could ask for a separate fridge for that... The taps in the bathroom need attention and the shower was not easy to use with the fittings looking a bit old. I expected better for a hotel of this standard. Overall experience was ok, just not great.

I would like to give a special mention to Miguel Ángel, who works as a valet at the Eden Roc Hotel. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the very beginning. He always greeted us with a smile, was extremely helpful, and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Miguel Ángel truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and dedication make a wonderful difference in the guest experience.
