    Paradise in June

    We went to El Cid El Moro in June for three weeks! The resort was fabulous with many choices for lodging and restaurants ! We checked in and got a wonderful 3 bedroom thanks the Alejandra in the Elite Club! She was such a nice person to help us with the room and reservations at the restaurants! The staff were great from the bell boys, housekeeping, towel service, all the restaurant staff, bar staff, all the captains, and especially the super great folks at the Elite Club! They all made this trip an Epic Adventure!

    Vacation with friends

    The wait staff are great. There is a pool that's just for adults and also is where the hot tub is, the waiters there are great! Another greatbthing of this property is the beach ⛱️ it is beautiful! During our stay Alejandra from the elite club was so helpful, she made our stay so nice! It's a place I would recommend.

    Great time at el cid!

    We love Mazatlan! We usually come twice per year. This year we stayed at the penthouse with all our family we had a great time! The service in general is awesome, our favorite Restaurant is la concha, the food is always great as well the service from Dani. The elite club is the way to go, they are so helpful, especially Alejandra she goes above and beyond!! She made our stay incredible!

    Great experience!!

    Our experience was amazing. The service was on point and the food was excellent. My only improvement that I would suggest is that the front desk information was more accurate about what our package included and did not include. Other than that, I highly recommend

    El Cid El Moro facililities & staff are Amazing!

    El Moro is amazing! The Elite Club and bracelet is the way to go. So relaxing. Staff is super friendly and makes sure you maximize your vacation. Special KUDOS to Alejandra in the Elite Club and Fidel in Room Service - they go above and beyond in service and friendliness! El Cid is a great vacation! George Banker
