    Relaxing stay besides internet...

    The lady that stood out at first was Alejandra was so nice . Helpful ... I come every year in January or February. .. I use to get help from her in elite club. She is excellent at working with people even if its not her department. Thank you for hiring people like her. She makes you feel very welcome.

    My home away from home

    This is my 20th year coming to Mazatlan and always at el cid moro, the service is amazing. The check in is always smooth at the elite club. The housekeeping service is above and beyond, the maid always with a smile. Alejandra as the head housekeeper is so helpful taking care of all the needs of the owners and the rooms in general. my favorite area is La conchita pool bar, the service is outstanding!

    El Cid El Moro rocks!

    We love going to El Cid Mazatlan between Jan-March. Resort is on the beach. City is safe to walk and explore. Food and staff are outstanding. Too many El Cid staff to acknowledge all of them but here’s a BiG thank you to the Elite Club (Verenice, Carolina, Talina), housekeeping (Alejandra & Gina), friends in sales who teach us (Edna, Lulu, Laura, Karina x 2, Arlene, Laurie, Diana), and too many excellent restaurant staff at La Concha, La Cascada, Alcazar, Ban Thai, and Alhambra to name them all.

    Tomas Osuna with El Cid Moro

    It was my family’s first visit to Mazatlan and El Cid Moro Resort. We had such a great time relaxing on the beach daily and I have to say our experience was awesome!! The service we received from Tomas Osuna was great, he was so friendly and helpful each day and is such an asset to El Cid. We look forward to returning to Mazatlan and seeing Tomas once again. Thank you

    Another enjoyment visit at El CID El Moro Particularly appreciate the outstanding service and hard work of Tomas, waiter on the beach, Jaime at the Concha restaurant was also excellent.
