  5 stars all round! Beautiful stay!😊

  Amazing hotel! 5 Stars all round! Me and my friend had a 5 night stay here & we wasn't disappointed. From start to finish we had a great stay and experience. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The sunloungers are so comfy but a heads up you may have to get up early to get the best beds. However, we didn't have any trouble getting one later as they do have spare loungers to pull out and place where you like. We stayed here bed & breakfast and the breakfast was lovely. It was the same variety daily however, just enough for what you need. The hotel is located about a short 10 minute walk into Fira. There are plenty of resteraunts and little shops in Fira. I'd definitely recommend going to these day & night. The bus stop is also a 10 minute walk and these come very regulary to visit the different towns. We used this every day and only cost us 2 euro each way. All in all this was a beautiful stay😊

  Lovely hotel

  We have just spent 5 nights at El Greco and we have been really happy with our stay. The hotel is immaculate, always clean and smells amazing! The staff are lovely and attentive. We were bed & breakfast and the breakfast met our needs. Lots of choice for what you need first thing. Rooms were spacious and always cleaned to a high standard. Fira is only a short 10/15 minute walk away. Bus station is the same distance with buses to different towns such as Oia, Kamari & Perissa every 10-30mins or so which are usually only around €2 each trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Fira area.

  Enjoyable but some issues need addressing

  Currently on our 4th day here and thought I'd put up a post maybe management could sort out our issues. Pros. Great location so near Fira, lots of pools, hotel very clean and maintained daily. Cons. Staff in bar are far from friendly, they are almost on a go slow. On our 1st day we were told to sit and waiter would be over to take our order. Considering there were only 6 others in the bar it took a waiter 10 mins to take our order. After placing the order 6 young ladies arrived in they were allowed to stay at the bar and were served drinks before us. In the end fed up waiting we left and went elsewhere. We most probably would have stayed and ate at the bar and we always give a good tip. Any evening we have been out our minimum spend hasn't been less than €150 plus tip. That's a lot for your hotel to.loose. Toilets. There could be more around the resort there are no signs guiding you to the toilets. Towels on sunbeds. You seriously need.to sort this out. The 2 large pools you can't get a bed at 8 am which is ridiculous and most beds that have these towels placed.on the beds are not used until the afternoon. You need someone to supervise the beds and if the beds remain unoccupied for 1 maybe 2 hours the towels need to be removed. If the above was rectified the hotel would be great.

  Beautiful Santorini experience!

  Beautiful hotel, easy location with everything at your fingertips and excellent facilities. The hotel staff were wonderful and rooms were lovely and very clean. Highly recommended!

  Fantastic

  From arrival to departure this really was the perfect base for the best holiday. Arrived late on Thursday 21st August Checked in to a friendly, helpful and informed update about the hotel and surrounding area. Handed paperwork and the key to our apartment and transported down via golf buggy. Polite member of the team helped with cases. A swift enjoyable process. The resort is in a perfect location, 0.5km from town. The room was clean tidy and big enough for our 10 day stay. It was in a fantastic location on the resort. We ate breakfast with plenty of options in both of the restaurants on site. Good service, good range and tasty food Every evening we had drinks and one night food at the bar. A fabulous team of bar staff got every evening off to a great start. Julie, Esmeralda and the gents helped get every evening off to a great start. We often dropped back in later on in the evening. The dinner option we took one evening was tasty and fresh. Apartment cleaned every day, cleaners worked hard to keep rooms and the resort looking smart. I thank every single member of the team for making it a fabulous holiday. The plan is to head back for another holiday in 2026.
