    We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites and Otto, the pool attendant is great! He was always ready to assist with our requests and went above and beyond. He made our pool visits easy and enjoyable.

    Best hotel experience in Waikiki

    Were here last year 2024 and stayed at Embassy Suites Waikiki. . This year 2025 we attended a destination wedding and again stayed at same hotel. There’s so many reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. Firstly, the cook to order breakfast that’s included with the stay. Secondly, the very best pool guy Mr Otto who always accommodates us in the pool, he rounds and checks us if we are, okay and if we need anything , he is very friendly and made sure we have the best time. Thank you Otto!
