We absolutely love this resort! Everything about it is absolutely amazing. If you were to ask me to pick one thing that stands out it’s hands down the staff. The bartenders Alberto, Antonio, Eduardo, Rodolfo, and Pedro are always making sure we are having a good time, not only constantly checking on us but also getting to know us and making this experience better than the last. Everyday we look forward to spending time with them! And to start our mornings in the breakfast buffets with Eladio and Nayeli’s beautiful smiles is truly a blessing and a great way to start the day. Words can’t express how amazing you guys truly are. This is our 5th time here and each time we try to bring more and more friends and family to experience your amazing resort and meet are amazing new friends. We definitely will be back again and again !!

Fantastic Fiesta Americana Condesa
This place is amazing, we’ve been here 5 times in the past 2.5 yrs. All the people are so helpful and friendly. Eladio and Nayeli, from the buffet were great and helpful! Alberto, Antonio, Rodolfo, Pedro, and Eduardo were all great bartenders and made great drinks! These people are like family to us and always treat us so well, reason why we always come back.

Ocean Side with a Breeze
The Condesa is a very nice all inclusive. The staff is amazing. Our concierge/new friend Jonathan Bonilla is an amazing guy. The restaurant and bar service was top-notch. Our two new friends at La Cevechiaria bar and restaurant is Mr. Felix and Mr. Diego. Their service was excellent along with their friendliness and helpful information. Felix went above and beyond our expectations. Diego was also a great bartender!
