Love staying at the Fiesta Condesa! We have previously have stayed at the Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. Each location has its pros and cons. But the food options at the Condesa has us favoring the Condesa over Coral Beach. Fish tacos by the beach are a must if you stay at the Condesa. You only have to make reservations for one restaurant unlike Coral Beach where we had to make reservations for all the specialty restaurants. The bad part for Condesa is if you are wanting to get dinner at the same time as everyone else you may not get a table. I recommend going early to dinner. The staff all over the hotel were great, never met anyone who wasn’t helpful.

Eladio, Paloma, David provided excellent service. Always eager to help to provide a very positive experience. They set fiesta Americana Condesa apart from other resorts I’ve been through, we will definitely be back again.

Great experience
The hotel was truly magnificent. The service provided was exceptional, and the cleanliness of the facilities was remarkable. The food was delightful, and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Miguel Lopez and Eligio at the poolside. Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation to Gabriela Cortés from housekeeping and Ely from the spa for their outstanding contributions to my experience.

Amazing experience. Great service.
Excellent service. Amazing variety of food. Great shows. Beautiful pools and beach. Definitely recommended. We stayed at this hotel right before Father’s Day, and it was not crowded at all. The weather also helped out a lot so we could use all the amenities.

Great Staff and Location
The grounds and the staff are excellent. The staff goes the extra mile for the guests. Magur, & Gladio from the buffet are very hard workers. Roberto from the Tia restaurant is an excellent hostess. The food selections are great and prepared just to your liking. Oh, I can’t forget the pools. Clean and very enjoyable.
