Everything was spectacular! Let and Minerva in the spa were excellent. Yesenia at the concierge was helpful and Oscar out at the pool kept the drinks coming whether he was in our area for the day or not. Even though the steakhouse on site charges it was worth it.

An escape from the snow
Eladio, Manuel, Claudio, Mayeli, and Magui took great care of us every morning at breakfast. Also I booked 2 massages with Mierva. We really enjoyed our days at the spa!

Great stay ever
What a great experience my family and I had Eladio was always a fun interaction and made sure my family was always together. When it came to the service Heraclio delivered phenomenal service Nayeli, Celeste and Magda were there to help out which we were really blown away by how this place took care of us will definitely be back. Room service was always on it front deck always helped out and Uriel always was able to get us transportation to where ever we wanted. Wish I could give a 100 stars

The hospitality, friendliness and genuine care from everyone at this resort is truly heart warming.
The hospitality at this resort was top tier. Everyone from the front desk, to the servers, custodians, and pool side attendees. We were attended to quickly and happily. I’d come back here over and over again. A shout out to Eladio, Manuel, Claudio, Magui and Nayeli. Thank you for providing such a great experience to my family and I.

Pros: Great staff, amazing food, clean and comfortable rooms. Cons: no food after 10 pm. They could have more entertainments at evening time.
