Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun what a fabulous time we had hotel the surroundings the cleanliness the restaurants everything was wonderful. So worth the 10 hour flight from the UK! Would like to mention a few members of staff who made our holiday extra special Linzey Luis and Raquel, who were in the main bar who kept us refreshed throughout out evenings, and around the beach/ pool were Edwar Osualdo and Elisio during the day. We would not hesitate in returning! Thank you Americana Condessa for making this holiday one that’s will stay with us forever!

Excellent experience
Great customer service, nice Hotel for Family's, best experience ever. Great service everyone in a hotel was excellent since housekeeping to waitress everybody in the buffet and restaurants, the food was amazing and the drinks they offered o lot of varieties. I will go back again.

Review of the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun - Chuck & Debbie
The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun is a wonderful all inclusive resort with an extremely friendly staff and family atmosphere. We have been to this property several times and plan to return again in the near future. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel resort to anyone wanting to enjoy the Cancun Western Caribbean beach area.

Amazing. Strongly recommend!!
Eladio was amazing. The whole time we spent at the resort we were treated like royalty. We were able to upgrade our room to a better location with no complications. The location of the resort is very convenient as well with a local mall not too far away. The resort was beyond expectations. Loved every moment of it.

We just spent a week at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún. It’s a beautiful resort and ALL the staff are so friendly and hard working. The resort is always immaculate and thanks to Abril in housekeeping, our room was always spotless. Our favorite restaurant was a tie between Rosato (Italian) and Don Roberto (Street Tacos and Quesadillas). At both of these restaurants we were treated like royalty by Jairo, Oscar, Manuel and Yoana. Our favorite entertainment was the Selena Tribute in the Lobby Bar. The dancers were amazing! A special thanks to Samuel, Eduardo, and Luis for making us great drinks! Breakfast buffet was delicious and our favorite waiter was Ramiro. He made us feel like family. Also taking good care of us at the buffet were Elidio, Magüi, Angel, and Jafat. Poolside we had excellent service but our favorite person was Oscar. And last but not least, thanks to Fabian for the warm welcome when we arrived. Thanks to everyone fir a great vacation!!
