Fabulous hotel.
Fabulous hotel, perfect location, attentive service from the team and good food throught the different restaurants. Three nice pools to choose from and you can walk straight out onto the beach. Special thanks to Luis and Gerardo for their service in the main restaurant.

Awesome dinner and even better service!
Our server Aristeo was excellent! He took great care of me snd my wife. Since it was our 24th wedding anniversary trip, it made it very special. His recommendations on entrees and wine were impeccable. I would love to see him again next time we visit. Muchos gracias Aristeo!

Fun in Acapulco
The resort was beautiful and conveniently located. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Wish the food was a little better at the restaurant.

A Refreshing and Luxurious Getaway at Fiesta Americana Acapulco
The hotel has recently undergone renovations. It now has a modern, cool design that is very vibrant and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean; and the bed and pillows quite comfortable. The views of the bay and the Costera (main road) were spectacular. Housekeeping provided daily service with attentive and friendly staff (thanks, Idania!). The overall service and personnel was excellent. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel location is one of its perks. It's right in the middle of the Golden Zone. The Condesa beach rocks on each side of the hotel make it semi private so that's a plus. The beach club, pools and jacuzzi are especially inviting, with plenty of chaise lounges, palm trees and Santa Lucia/Bali beds. The breakfast buffet was very savory and delicious. The Mexican sweet bread stood out as a highlight—soft, flavorful, and authentic. While food prices were slightly higher than average for the area, the quality and service made it worthwhile. A few notes for travelers: wheelchair access to the beach may require some assistance. Weekends can be a bit noisy too. Also, it's wise to avoid visiting during the Acamoto Fest, as the Costera can get particularly loud and rowdy. Overall, this is a great choice for a stay in Acapulco. The impeccable service by friendly staff is one of its best assets. The rooms have excellent views and the hotel location is right where you want to be.
