    An overall great experience we'll definitely be returning to.

    The experience was wonderful. Very relaxing and you leave feeling like a new person. The room was perfectly dim and the sounds kept you feeling complete zen. Perla and Samanta were very caring and very professional. My wife and I will be making this a part of our yearly visit. Highly recommend this experience.

    Deception

    Main pool not heated… They expect us to go in the pool at 72 degree. They told me they heating the pool in december and january… how does that makes sense!!!! Staff nice Beach is nice but waves on this side are stong so less appropriate for kids… Lunch and dinner… if you expect esting tacos all week, its not the place.. one flavor only each meal… BIGGEST DECEPTION… RIU latino was much bette!!!

    Amazing Atmosphere and Activities!

    We had a great experience at GR Solaris. We were a group of 6. The service and meals were amazing and the buffet has plenty of options. Weather was very nice during our trip. We went to an excursion called Xcaret which had a lot to do and plenty of animals to see. I was very impress with the activities throughout the day and the activity staff deserves a big shoutout. Yzrael, Marco, and Ruben are so awesome and did a fantastic job giving everyone an opportunity to do some fun stuff on vacation!
