excellent service. I would say the best attention we have received from Jose Luis R. The pool bartender. He made our vacation sperience way better. He just love his job and make people happy through it. Thanks a lot Jose Luis.

Fantastic Stay! Best Quality-Price relationship in Punta Cana
THE GOOD • The rooms, all super luxurious and looking like one bedroom suites. All with big balconies and great views • The beach, very ample and clean • The restaurants, super upscale, with great décor and special menus. My bests were the Italian, the Samsara and the Japanese. The two buffets (at entrance and at beach) were very complete • The service, with everybody being very friendly. Management recognized us as repeated guests and treated us in a very special way • The resort itself is very big and has lots of amenities (two pools, one quiet), a great coffee bar, tennis courts, a manglar, etc • Night animation, with great shows and outdoor dancing. Late at night, the resort includes entrance to an outside discoteque with 2 free drinks. Resort does not have a discoteque inside THE COULD BE BETTER • When buffets are closed, there is little food around, except for few food carts with limited menus that have long lines and wait • Beach pool was too warm, which suggests little water refresh • Drinks were very basic • The resort is very big and requires transportation from the beach to the entrance, where the lobby, buffet and shows are. This transportation was very limited, which generated big lines and wait • Day animation was almost non-existent, except some by the pool. • Guests at Bavaro Princess have to pay to use the water park at the Family. Many other games needed payment, such as billar, flippers, etc • Difficult to reserve restaurants for big groups, except when involving customer service The lot includes two different 5-star resorts: The Family Princess is located at the entrance, which has bigger rooms, a separate pool and a water park. The Bavaro Princess has 98 3-story buildings of 12 suites each situated from the entrance to the beach. The location of the Family is not ideal because all activity during the day is by the beach, so the hotel is empty in daytime and required transportation. We were a group of 21 and customer service was amazing to accommodating us at the restaurants. Because half were kids, I put them at the Family so they could take advantage of the water park. But since the Family was always empty during the day, they always preferred to stay with us by the beach, which required transportation. They did not use the water park, which was ok, but nothing spectacular I requested the resort to put everybody on the Princess, but with complimentary access to the water park, but they refused. I was upset at first, but they really compensated us with our stay, because we had an amazing time. Recommended!

We’ll cone back and recommend!
Great atmosphere! The family club activities and staff are superb. The food could be better, but the restaurants are okay — we especially loved the Mexican one! Entertainment could use some improvement, and the shuttle service needs to be more organized. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for families, couples, and groups of any size.

Food was not good - didn't expect too much and that's what we got! I am curious still as to what type of meat the "hamburgers" at the beach truck were made from because it was NOT hamburger! Maid showed up every morning at 8:00 am knocking on the door, be sure to use the DND sign. The room was nice but there are too many other options in Punta with better food IMHO. Also, the maid showed up at 8:00am the day we were checking out - told her we were leaving figuring she would not come back, but an hour later there she was! Will not be returning to this resort. On another note, bartenders were all very nice!
