Warm and welcoming resort!
I went to Fiesta Americana Cabo with three other golden girls and we were captivated by two things - the heart of the staff and the incredible food. The people were what made vacation memorable and the vibe of the resort was perfect for us. It was warm, charming and we felt pampered in a welcoming atmosphere (as opposed to sterile or stuffy). Grounds, pool area, gym and spa were all great. Rooms were fairly basic but beds, linens, toiletries were excellent- could use more outlets so take a power strip. We went off-season so it was a great value and we loved the lack of crowds - it amazed us that they maintained such a high level of service during low season (no staffing shortage here). Shout out to Cruz and Roberto in the breakfast area, Jesus at the pool and Ociel at the front desk - as well as to all of the other wonderful staff members that made it such a memorable vacation!

10 year anniversary.
This trip was amazing! Perfect for our 10 year anniversary. El Mexicano on the resort is the place to go! Ask for Carlos! His service was wonderful.

Great vacation and fantastic people
Glafira has done a fantastic job maintaining the workout facility. She showed me around the gym and pointed out the snacks which was a great bonus. I’m really enjoying the resort and people. Love it here

Top Notch Service at Beautiful Seaside Los Cabos Resort
Excellent all-inclusive resort in the Los Cabos corridor, but much closer to Cabo San Lucas than to San Jose de Cabo. The resort was moderate and not overwhelming in size, leans into traditional Mexican aesthetics, and has plenty of choices in terms of restaurants and places to spend your time. The food was mostly excellent, and the service was the friendliest and most gracious I’ve ever experienced at a place like this. Special recognition to friendly and kind bartender, Alexander, at the Martini Bar on Level 2. It was a great, chill and quiet spot compared with the bustling bar scene in the main lobby. Alex loved coming up with custom cocktails to sample, and to trade perspectives on being a father. I also want to recognize the exceptional service provided by Raul poolside. He was so very accommodating and my girls loved the surprise chocolate milkshakes. We had a huge three bedroom family suite on the sixth floor at the upper limit of the resort, and the view over the ocean is spectacular. It was pricey to be sure, but the value was strong when booking on Costco Travel. I found at least this part of Los Cabos to be much more isolated and feeling compared to other resort areas I have been to in the Caribbean and Central America. That being said, if you like to stick to the resort, this is a great choice.
