Good: the service was impeccable. All the staff were kind and helpful. I can’t stress enough how great the customer service is in the hotel. The hotel is in an area that is away from the bars and commotion of the “hotel strip” in town. We appreciated the serenity and town is an easy Uber or taxi ride away. We felt very safe and experienced no problems. Town has a very small town feeling. The Italian restaurant is a standout. The ambience and food were great. Ernesto and Edwardo were amazing. They were very helpful with food and wine suggestions and went out of the way to make us feel special. The other restaurants were fine. The food was mediocre but there is a nice selection of choices . The pool (the one that was open) was well-maintained and offered daily exercise classes and other fun activities throughout the day. However, the loud techno music was a bit much for us. The water was beautifully clear and the beach was sandy and never crowded. Bernardo, from the cabana area deserves a raise. He spoiled us our whole visit. I strongly suggest booking a cabana in advance far away from the pool noise. It was a standout feature of the trip The not so good: The adult pool was closed. We were not notified about the closure. The main reason we booked the hotel was for the adults only building and pool. It was disappointing as the other pool was crowded with kids. Also, the family pool is quite literally steps away from the adult pool. The advertised private pool is misleading. If it was open, it would in no way be private. We have come to expect better from the Hilton brand. We were offered a cabana for the week to make up for the adult pool not being open. That was nice. The rooms are tired and need an updates We had larger room with a living room, a balcony and two bathrooms. The room was comfortable. The extra space for a week’s stay was really appreciated. The floor was quiet. Although the room was cleaned daily, there were areas in the bathroom and bedroom that were missed daily. It wasn’t bad enough to complain, but should be noted. This is a good property away from the bustling busy town. It is not a luxury hotel and the adults area of the hotel and pool is misleading. However the service and attentiveness of the staff 100% makes this a place for a peaceful low key vacation.

Excellent service. Our waiter Gilberto and our assistant waiter Christian took such good care of us! Samuel and Saul were also great! Food was perfect!

Relaxing Resort, Stellar Staff
A great stay all around, but the staff really made our experience stellar. We especially loved to start our mornings with Chef Marco's amazing omelets and ending our evenings with Edgar and Angel at La Luce for dinner. It was great to have so many exercise options each day, as well. Definitely give the water fitness activities a try! Be sure to go to the aqua strong class with Wiyonal and the water aerobics class with Bibi. They had us out at the pool early each day ready for a great time! And Hugo and Blanca kept the good vibes going all week long with the entertainment.

Good experience
I like the place, amenities and location. I just wish the night entertainment for weekends was a bit later. Pool music was mellow, but it could a good place to get night fun music. I had an overall good experience.

Great Italian dinner at Hilton
Food was great. Our server Erik was on it. This was our favorite restaurant at the resort and would definitely come back on our next visit.
