Stayed during a large family wedding. Everything was great. The facilities are nice, the food is OK, and the staff are all lovely and accommodating. In particular I want to give a shout-out to the lifeguard Ismael. He came over when he saw I would be attempting a difficult climb out of the water over some big rocks, and then helped me after I hit a sea urchin with my hand in the process. He had a kit of tools and supplies and did an expert job of cleaning the wounds and removing the urchin spines stuck in me, and gave me good guidance on what to expect in my recovery. My hand healed quickly and I felt like I received excellent care throughout the experience. Great lifeguards!

Definitely come here…. Without breaking the bank.
Everything was great, top to bottom! The resort is clean, updated, great food, delish drinks, awesome beaches and the entertainment has been wonderful! We were treated like royalty by Esmeralda, Rosario, Pedro and Marcos. Saul and the entertainment crew were top notch and always ready to have fun. Highly recommend a trip here 😍

Amazing views
This place has the best views, we saw whales daily! The food was amazing! Pool had a good crowd enough activities and entertainment. Staff were all friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. We are already planning our next visit!

Our favorite place to be…
We have been here multiple times and always look forward to our next trip. The property is well-maintained. The Family pool was completely refurbished this summer and I assume the adult pool is close behind. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. In a few years the furniture may need a little updating, but totally good for now. For an all inclusive property, the food is actually surprisingly good! There are many dining options, including room service. The bars, of which there are several!, have regular and top shelf brands. The location is about 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the Mercado boardwalk. It has a great swimming beach. What makes this property even more enjoyable is the people who work there. Note: While the property is all inclusive, tips are separate. These people work very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay, so please be generous. Special mention: Odeth, Beverage supervisor; Geraldo, bellman; Anna, Hilton Honors concierge; Ruby, housekeeping; Bebe and Willian, fitness center; the girls who reserve the Bali beds; Saul and Blanca, Pool Activities and finally, and most important, Melquiades, Daniel and Jose, Pool Beverage Servers. This is a great property and one of our most favorite places to be.

Perfect vacation!
We had a great time. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Especially Esmeralda and Alfredo. The food was good. We will be back soon.
