Great trip for a week in Mexico
Everything was fantastic Rosario and Esmeralda Pedro to great care of us every morning at the buffet. Would definitely return. Also a great location to see whales from the pool deck. Omar kept the drinks coming at the pool for us. Victor in the Lobby bar was amazing and kept the wait times low even during the night show in the packed lobby. He was slinging the bottles left and right.

The Best Puerto Vallarta Has To Offer
We have been to Puerto Vallarta for many years and have stayed at many different hotels, but this one has been the best. The quality of the food, the service, the cleanliness, and value for the money is unsurpassed. You wake up right on the beach and can hear the waves from your room. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was so helpful to make sure we were taken care of. We took the public bus from the front of the hotel into town which is 15 minutes away and costs only $1.00 per person. The eating possibilities at the hotel are endless and all are great choices whether it is the buffet, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, or sushi restaurant. The food was always prepared beautifully and fresh is an understatement! During our stay, we met employees who made us feel so welcome and helped us with anything we needed. The following employees deserve recognition for their exceptional service: America and Benjamin at Auma Restaurant, Brian the waiter at Vela restaurant, Marlen the waitress at Vela restaurant, Marcos (omelet chef) at Vela restaurant, Arianna the receptionist at the front desk, and BiBi the receptionist at the gymnasium. Each one of these employees went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Thank you for your kindness, customer service skills, and making our trip a most memorable one. We will be back soon!

For our first time in Puerto Vallarta, we had a wonderful time at the Hilton all-inclusive. The location was about half an hour from the airport and a $35 Uber ride. The views from the lobby when we arrived were spectacular and all the rooms are oceanfront! The hotel is clean and organized and all the staff is friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint was that the drain in the sink and shower of our room kept backing up. We called to have it fixed and although they came up and took the sink apart, it never got any better. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the amenities. Keila, Daniel and Jose worked at the lobby bar and took care of us every night. The restaurants were all great but the ceviche at Cocomar really stood out! Although there were kids, it was not overloaded and they had two separate pools for adults and families. We really felt comfortable for the week and enjoyed our time spent in Puerto Vallarta.
