Hotel casita suite is something you must experience. Felt better than being at home. Quiet environment, pet friendly and room was beautiful. Amazing bed and pillows. Even groundskeepers were kind and friendly.

Great experience made for a wonderful day
The staff was great; we arrived early from the airport and our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us! Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and our suite was just beautiful. Just a wonderful day.

Great hotel with 1st class team
I have used this hotel several times since 2009, as part of our families USA Road Trip, from the UK. Why do we use it. Great location whereby you can easily nip on the freeway and head out to any number of the Gulf Coasts great beaches. In addition, as a runner, I head out from the hotel along the bay towards Rocky Point. Great run and flat as flat can be. I also head out if I’m around on a Saturday to the local 5k race at Weedon Island Nature Reserve Park Run, less than 20 mins away. As for the hotel, lovely rooms with ample space, 2 great pools and a fantastic fish restaurant. Also, the team here really do go out of their way to make your stay first class. This time during our trip, we stayed for 4 nights and 5 nights. As ever, great time, and we were travelling with our 5-year-old granddaughter, who loved the attention she received. Big shout out to Rachel, Steve and James (Jim) who as ever were on the money. Defo check it out.

Hotel does lack the service you would expect from what is essentially an airport hotel - no food, bar or room service after 10pm. When you are essentially between a free way and bay there is nowhere else to go this is inconvenient. There is not even any snacks or mini bar in the rooms - just 2 small bottles of Aquafina purified water. Rooms and property in general are quite good looking, but that is only on the surface. Spending more time in the room and on the property shows up dirty areas, worn areas and parts that need urgent refurbishment. Very disappointing for such a global brand. Staff were a bit stand offish which is unusual for an American hotel where everyone is normally overly friendly! When you do interact with staff it is a bit unpleasant. Overall thus is an events hotel that lacks any warmth or personality leaving it very bland and forgettable.
