  Luxury All inclusive with children!! A***

  AN AMAZING STAY!! What a wonderful 12 days/11 nights we had at THE SENS-…… it didn’t start off too good BUT it became the BEST! My Husband and I along with our two children checked in promptly and greeted with smiley and welcoming staff, we made our way to our room where whilst unpacking we could hear lots of loud drilling and banging -not ideal when coming on holiday to paradise to relax n chill nor a 10 hour flight! We spoke to the hotel desk and they confirmed the hotel was having ongoing extensive renovation works, sadly none of which had been mentioned anywhere when booking…..obviously not what we wanted to hear and we were upset we hadn’t been made aware of this prior to booking! We were not happy with our room and requested that we were changed to get away from the loud renovation noises besides this THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR!! - entersthe desk manager MARIANOS! A lovely man who couldn’t apologise enough to us and assured us he would do everything in his power to make us all happy again! We also met the fabulous hotel manager MANKA -who again couldn’t apologise enough…..they asked if we could give them until midday checkout the next day to resolve our issues….and resolve them they did! We were upgraded to a “junior suite” away from the noise still with a spectacular view!! (downside is the rooms I would say are very tired but everything works, everything is spotlessly clean & they are spacious) and booked on the “pirate ship” trip (without the need to queue early for tickets), booked into the “adults only” CAREYES restaurant (in the private room) and offered a late checkout! We came to Marianos and Manka with problems, and they solved them immediately-and we will be forever grateful to them for this. Every member of staff we came across throughout our stay were outstanding, polite, happy and helpful….we loved our holiday at the sens and wouldn’t think twice about returning. The restaurant choices here and out of this world and the options and variety of foods are outstanding. The quality of food I have never known of this level in any All inclusive resort and I have visited many. From the Coffee House and its Pastries and Ice-cream to the morning breakfast routine at Miramar, Lunch at The White Box we really did love it all. Careyes was spectacular and we certainly were made to feel special by all staff who crossed our path. All activities and dining options could be access by the hotels app where you could make reservations for dinner, chat to the concierge on online chat or look to see the activities schedule. Every detail we felt was covered and all staff made it their job to ensure you were having a wonderful time. After a disappointing start to our holiday, we ended up having one of our best. So thank u to all that made it possible. You all make the difference between a holiday being good or GREAT and you all were GREAT!! 5 ⭐️

  DO NOT GO HERE!

  DO NOT GO HERE!! This is not a 4 star hotel! Terrible from check-in to checkout. Hotel transportation was an hour late picking us up and Kate taking us back to the airport. Our rooms weren’t ready at check in - even though we were late, which gave them more time and it still wasn’t ready. If I could give them zero stars I would. The rooms are not clean and they are old and run down. Property is not maintained. You cannot get a reservation for dinner regardless of group size - but especially not a large group. Beach is dirty (trash in the sand) and smoking is allowed on the beach and around the pool area. Food is mediocre at best. Their employees are not friendly and do not try and help in anyway when asked. Good luck getting a chair on the beach or the pool - they do not have anywhere close to the amount of chairs needed for the amount of people there. There is not adequate wait staff for the beach or the pool - you will have to get your own drink if you want one and don’t expect any kind of top shelf alcohol. I could keep going but save yourself - and book somewhere else. Anywhere else and you’ll be better for it. Just DO NOT GO HERE!!

  Excellent!!!

  We had a wonderful experience at this resort! We would highly recommend it. Make sure you see the CIRCUS show, which was amazing, and the pirate boat, which is full of laughs. And do not miss the Petit Chef restaurant experience, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Above all else, the staff at this resort is what made our experience so very enjoyable. Specifically, a very special THANK YOU to our concierge, nicknamed "Abuelo", who was very welcoming and helpful, EDGAR from the Sports Bar, KARLA who helped us book our trip to Xel Ha, and IMANOL the lifeguard who is such a nice person and was really kind to the children. Very special thanks also to Bartolome and Karla Feria from Petit Chef who gave us memories to last a lifetime. This a great resort and we will definitely return.

  Had an amazing time at the Sens, Love it!

  Everything was excellent. The staff, pools, choice of food and restaurants, bars, beach etc. There are some bad reviews which I believe are uncalled for, some people’s expectations are crazy!!! I would without hesitation return to this place. Fantastic for families or those without kids as there are adult only areas. The Sens and Grand Oasis Palm are next to each other and share a lot of the same facilities. We stayed in both. In the Sens you pay a bit more but you get extra restaurant options and some Sens only areas. But all in all either hotel was great. Now the negatives! I’m trying to give a honest review! But this is being really picky. In the Grand palm some areas look just a little tired (nothing serious). The only area both hotels could improve on is the lines of people waiting to get served at some of the bars, with just one person serving. One idea could be to have self service beer and soft drink pumps like in some all inclusive hotels. This would dramatically reduce waiting times. Also if you leave it late for meals, you may have a bit of a wait to get into the restaurants. But we booked many al a carte restaurants through the app, which were included with the all inclusive package. Then you walked straight in at your chosen time. The app by the way is excellent. But to sum things up, the positives massively outweigh any minor negatives. Infact one of our best ever vacations! 😁

  Awesome resort

  Our stay there was 07/16/2025 to 07/21/2025 and there is only one word to describe it, Excellent.. This is our 6th time at this resort when it was Grand Oasis Palm it was great and now with all the improvements is just awesome. A few year back we had the honor to meet the resort manager Mrs. Valentina Biegun and she is great, always making sure that the guests are taken care of. We've been there for my wife birthday twice, for our anniversary twice, just vacationing and now we took our grandkids to celebrate their graduation. The food is great, Miramar restaurant and White box are awesome.. we are already planning to go back for my birthday in November.. Personally I highly recommend it..
