    Not what we expected!

    The cleaning staff was inefficient; we had to call the front desk for fresh hand towels several times, and the bathrooms remained unclean. When we called the front desk, it took them a while to fulfill our request. The sports bar needs more menu options.

    Pure Separation

    Exquisite hotel. Stay away from Japanese and Italian restaurant..extreme garbage. Breakfast pretty good from negril and mobay restaurants. Cheap alcohol served throughout property....like drinking juice the whole vacation.low budget quality alcohol. Charlene Gibbons is the best bartender on site she is located in front of Portofino. Tell her Lucas Sent you. Other than that everything is Exquisite.

    Could use improvement but ok overall

    Food quality and portion sizes at restaurants were small. Some food was overcooked and steak cuts were full of fat. Rasta pasta was NOT Rasta pasta. Should be renamed butter noodles with carrots. Other than the food at the restaurants, the stay was okay. The jerk hut had the best tasting food at the resort. The reservation system is ridiculous. All guests should be able to access the restaurants. We ate at 3 even though we were approved for 4. Told at last minute Poseidon wasn’t available. Noticed each time that many seats were available.
