Lovely break at Grand Palladium Jamaica
Recently returned from Grand Palladium Jamaica, after feeling sceptical before our trip…we were happy with our decision to travel despite recent hurricane. Check in process was very easy and shuttle to our suite was great…. Food really nice in Mobay buffet, and Miss Lou’s coffee bar is great for a rum coffee and cake. Plenty of sun loungers and pools, ….often busy around the pool bar but otherwise plenty of space. Children’s pools are lovely, with life guards in attendance all day Suites have been revamped, but do show some signs of general wear and tear not attributed to the hurricane,….daily cleaning could be better. Staff are helpful and friendly, with special thanks to Althea Whyte, Nella Kerr, Devana Arthurs Nicholas Donaldson, and Rohan Jamieson…Merry Christmas and happy new year

Family vacation
This resort is big and beautiful. Food is really good, pool is nice and big. But the beach is not the best. It’s very small rocky. The sunset cove is nicer and sandier. The only complaint I have is the sports bar is always out of food and they don’t replenish it often. The wait to order food there is very long. Hopefully they can improve on that. Other than that everyone here is really nice and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Family reunion at Grand Palladium
I honestly would not recommend this resort..I feel the resort put money over quality of service! You can't expect people to pay as much and you don't live up to the expectations!

A Piece of Paradise
It was a pleasure coming back to the Grand Palladium for a 4 days 3 night's stay, though affected by hurricane Mellissa, the staff were warm and friendly as usual despite some of them being directly by the hurricane they still displayed their level professionalism, kindness and courtesy. The food is awesome as usual, the cooks never disappoint, the pools the bars, the 24 hour sports bar and I still believe that the Grand Palladium has the BEST entertainment package of all the hotels in Jamaica, hands down.

An average stay
Firstly I must point out that I am absolutly taking into account the recent hurricane and that the hotel is recofering well. However the criticms that I have are related to the way the hotel is run. Firstly after a smooth checkin we were accosted by a staff member asking us to fill in a survey about our checkin experience when we just wanted to get to our room, worse however is that this is actually an underhand way to try an sell the palladium travel club. This is a hard sell and you end up dodging them all week and its really annoying. Secondly, the restaurants which understandedly are open on a rolling basis as the Lady Hamilton resort has yet to reopen, but we made a reservarion for Poseiden on our last night and turn up to find it closed. No notification in the app or anywhere else. That was the last night spoilt. On the same subject, all resturants point you towards the QR code on the table for the menus which opens up a very unhelful menu that has skant detsils about each item. They have laminated copies of the menus but don't sèm to want ro use them. Conversly in the sports bar they ahve a QR code thatopen a menu thats not available. This hotel is selling itself as an all inclusive experience but unless yoy spend big bucks for the signature level you get one white wine option and one beer option. But all was bad and we had a nice relaxing break but beware this is not anywhere near a top all inclusive experience.
