Feb 12, 2026Not FIVE STAR- more like three. Only Average accomodations. Hard beds.
Rooms are fine but buffet runs out of food all the time. TV didn't work in the room and it took 3 days to fix it. Telephone in the room never worked . A la carte restaurants are generally good but reservation system is complicated. Restaurants ran out of decaf coffee ALL the time. Some amenities are old . Pool is nice and service was usually pretty good. Music by Stephanie in the Infinity Bar was EXCELLENT.

Everyone we met at G.P. was friendly & very helpful. I'd like to thank all of the workers, but especially Rasheena Rigg at the front desk, Rajay MacLaren who helped us with our luggage, Abigail, who cleaned our room and Jessica Jones cleaning up at the pools, as well as all of the servers - in the restaurants & the bars. You all served everyone with a smile on your face, making us all feel welcome.

never come back the worst experience in Jamaica I’ve ever had, after 17 years of coming to Jamaica this is the first place that made me feel. I never want to come back. This place is a trap that tries to sell you memberships to a place you don’t wanna come back to.

The facility was beautiful although still making repairs from the Hurricane. I believe that some repairs could be more of a priority, but I am not sure about the materials that are on hand. The staff is absolutely amazing and what made our stay so wonderful. We will be booking again in the near future and cannot wait to return.

Unsatisfied
Second visit, will be our last. The bathroom and outside areas smelt of sewage. Staff only interested in guests they deem to be good tippers. Took 48 hours to get a shower cap. Was sent a warm bottle of sparkling wine, without an ice bucket or champagne flutes..
