    Best experience ever- Staff are amazing

    Krisstal, Venesha and Sanique from the spa were amazing. I enjoyed my 50mins massage and my classic pedicure. The service from the spa was top notch. Delano from the mini bar was amazing, very polite. Ricardo from entertainment is a professional and knows how to lead his team. He leads from the front and that for me is an exceptional value. Now I want to mention the entertainment coordinators Daniel , DJ Alex , DJ Caution, Teneikei , Omary - I loved their energy and how they went above and beyond extending the entertainment nightlife just so every guest could be happy. I also want to highlight Shaquanna from the kids club for taking care of my baby. She made me feel very comfortable especially that it’s my first time ever leaving him in someone else’s care. I appreciate all the staff here. Management is doing a great job with training the staff. My check in experience was great from the bell man to the front office person and the ladies who were seated in the lobby extending any special requests I had. The food is great and the drinks are delicious. This is everything I truly needed. This is paradise !

    Yes I would like to compliment the staff here at Grand Palladium they were very friendly very professional detail to caregiving the people of Jamaica Strong everything was just wonderful and we thank God that you all stayed open to accommodate us due to the tragedy of the hurricane but we are continuing to pray for the people of Jamaica pray for Grand Palladium that everything just restored back to 100% And we will come back again 100% back to Grand Palladium special thanks to Ms. Grant in saley Billy at the Bar Ms Kelly Accounts Ms Maxien housekeeping ladies at the buffet and entry bar entire staff.     I have been to this hotel 4 times and it hadn't got any better i am disabled and got 15 fractures in my back the lifts r horrible the entertainment was the same from years ago and the food was horrible

    We're here right now till next week

    Seeing the destruction first hand is very humbling. No power in some areas, and downed power lines. The grand palladium is up and running with some limited services . The grounds here are getting a new look, the building(s) are mostly operational. Let's talk staff : every staff member from groundskeeper to housekeeping, to guest services. Has a smile on their face, and always a good morning /afternoon. The Jamaican people are just resilient. Lurline, concierge is absolutely fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a more genuine, caring experience from her. In fact, its the staff that are making the experience here. For all the mayhem Milisa did, the jamaican people come back stronger. Will our experience at the Grand Palladium make us wanting to return? We will return. If youre visiting soon, just have Lil patience. Would I suggest GP? 💯
