Our best stay in Punta Cana so far
Last week, we stayed at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, and it didn’t disappoint us at all. In fact, this trip was even better than the previous ones. We chose the Ocean View Junior Suite, and we absolutely loved it. The view, the jacuzzi, and the room overall were perfect. Since this was our first time visiting Punta Cana during winter, the beach wasn’t as calm or clear as before, so we spent more time at the pool. We enjoyed the daily activities, the relaxing atmosphere, and of course the ping pong table that we love everywhere we go. The food at all the restaurants was great, just like always. We visited the spa for the first time and were very impressed. My wife had the hot stones massage and she loved it. The daily and nighttime activities have improved a lot, but what truly makes this resort unforgettable is the people who work there. Ramón at Poseidon, Carlos who somehow appeared in every restaurant, and the amazing hostess Yomeri, who prepared a special birthday table for my wife and greeted us with a smile every day. Special thanks to Mrs. Martina, who decorated our room beautifully for my wife’s birthday, and to our concierge César, who went above and beyond to make this stay the best one yet. Thank you all for your kindness. And congratulations to Palladium’s Human Resources team for choosing such wonderful staff. See you next year.

Great place to unwind and relax 😌
Friendly staff, great service, would definitely come back. The weather was great although it is rainy season, apart from a few showers 🚿 it was sunny 🌞 all 10 days we spent here

Absolutely a no go from me!! Room we had was a wow when we first got here but soon after the experience was a major let down!! We had a shower with bath tub in the room, whoever designed it should get assassinated as the water leaked all over the bathroom floor and also into the bedroom floor via a sliding window!! I complained about this multiple times and nothing was done!! On the flip side hardly anyone speaks good English here and the maintenance guy who turned up advised to put towels down!! Like WTF!! Reception guys are under pressure to pressure guests to book al a carte restaurants and also to entice guests to join the members club!! Although they say no pressure and you’re on vacation your child/children just want to be in the pool and enjoy blah blah blah they still force you to see what is available to you!! I strongly suggest you double think this particular hotel in this country as I have stayed at the Mexico resort which for me was amazing, double think that booking!! They didn’t solve my issue with the room and neither did they change it!! Instead wanted to sign us up for membership so we could start enjoying the rewards they had to offer allegedly!! For me and my family we won’t be coming back to this resort ever again.
