We have spent a fantastic 9 days at this beautiful resort. Everything has been great - the food, the rooms and especially the staff. We have been very well looked after by Anayeli at the family selection pool along with her other colleagues. Thank you so much ❤️

family select pool
Family select is well worth it. Having direct access to a quieter pool was key for the family vacation. Of especial note was Brandon and Ricardo at the family select pool bar. They were super attentive and kind and we can't speak highly enough.

Good experience in Cancun
Good place to stay. Food was decent at the buffets. Great at El Dorado. Pepe set us up with a tour and couples massage. He is wonderful always willing to help with anything
