Stayed here for a week for my cousins wedding. Rooms were musty smelling and sheets felt damp as the AC couldn’t keep up. Not many activities besides the pool or beach during the daytime. Food was not good and often cold. Restaurants were hard to book a reservation at. Had the groomsman dinner at the Italian restaurant, they picked the menu for us. Nobody liked either option served. We didn’t get pasta at an Italian restaurant. Also, the other wedding guests had dinner at the international restaurant while we did groomsman dinner. My boyfriend, who is black, was blatantly ignored 3 times by the waiter despite being told by others at the table that he needed to order. Eventually he walked out of the restaurant without being served. We ended up ordering room service for him, which we had to pay for. And got charged an additional $3 for a soda to be brought to the room. The day of the wedding, we were denied room service to the room for the bridesmaids getting ready. The staff was very friendly though. Would not return and would not recommend this resort to others.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Grand Palladium in Nayarit. They went out of their way to make our stay special. Ana, Brando, Abraham, Antonio, Maria, Girdon, Brynon, and several others gave us a special dinner for our 40th anniversary that was over the top with beautiful red roses, champagne, sushi, drinks o' plenty and a main course with an incredible dessert that was incredible. We thought they mistook us for celebrities or something! The staff here really wants to make sure you have a nice time. They care. We're members of their Travel Club and we're coming back soon, if not hitting all the other Palladium properties!

Beautiful place to stay
At first ww were not sure of all the walking, up and down hills and steps. But after the first day we figured everything out and loved it. What a great place to stay. The food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping very nice and spoke english. Beach and pools clean. Room needed a little care but it didn't ruin the trip. We had a suite with the panoramic view of the bay. So beautiful. We will definitely go back in the near future.

Fun getaway with friends
The staff is helpful and courteous and the food is excellent! A great place to go with your family but if you want to enjoy some at the silt pool I highly recommend! Armando and Vicky always keep the drinks flowing

I would not visit this particular palladium again.
Didn’t feel very welcomed from some of the staff. Room had water issues that were never fixed, and instead of moving us to a different room we had a leaking ceiling our entire stay. No where to get food during certain hours of the day. For an all inclusive resort, there should always be a place to eat no matter the time. The “quite” pool wasn’t as relaxing with other quests being their own speakers. We made the best out of what should have been a relaxing experience.
