    Celiac Safe

    We had a wonderful time staying at this resort, it had good celiac reviews. The first day arriving hungry and tired we were left confused and unsure if the trip was going to be great, or if I would be sick the entire time. After some questions and waiting, our fears were eventually relieved. Alexis took great care of us and made sure that I was not glutened for our entire week. I would recommend this resort to a fellow celiac. Just be sure to remind them of your dietary restrictions and ask for help every time.

    Money talk at this resort.

    You want anything, you’ll need to pay or tip. Service was terrible all over the resort. Positves: Adult pool was a dream, beach was great, bartenders by the adult pool were friendly and make delicious drinks. Whales almost daily could be seen. Resort is small but uphill. You’ll have to walk up starts or paths.

    First time here

    Lots of stairs and up and down. Wife had hard time getting around. Armando , Vicky and Oscar at the pool bar were awesome made our stay enjoyable.

    Non existent entertainment staff

    We are a family of 4 who stayed in the Family Selections. Concierge Moses in building 5 was very helpful and made our trip wonderful. I was extremely turned off by the lack of entertainment staff. I asked Raly when beach volleyball was, and when it was time, she handed me a ball to go play by myself. I rallied people tp get a game going, and at some point, the entertainment staff joined. The entertainment schedule is also hidden in the back room, so nobody has any idea what's going on. One morning, I noticed a group yoga session with nobody there, because nobody knew about it.

    Consistent quality of service.

    Great experience as always! Panoramic oceanfront room and selection is bang on! The resort is a little dated but everyone was very cheerful!
