Worst service I’ve ever received as a member. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor food limited selection at the buffet. Denied premium drinks at bars despite being members. They are always changing the rules on the travel club even though you signed a contract with a different set. I would not recommend anyone join. Talked to multiple members at the resort and most felt the same way. Only ones who didn’t just signed up and are about to learn they be been lied to.

It was our third time here and it was our best stay so far. The weather was wonderful, The Travel Club Beach Bar was our favorite place to be (thanks Ernesto for being there at our service :). Organized excursions functioned as Swiss clocks. In case of some small problems - Travel Club people were very helpful (special thanks to Goreti!).

Buffet restaurant
Great visit to the buffet on our first night. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful, especially Severiano. Food was excellent! The tacos, salted beef, port and chorizo were very nice. Good selection of salads, meats tacos.Drinks were excellent and very quickly served.

Very clean and such good service the workers were so nice and so helpful and would definitely go back the property is huge and so relaxing with the beach so close and all of the pools very nice for kids there is a kids area with games but also nice for adults too!

luxury vacation
The rooms are lovely. The pool is great. The service is wonderful. The restaurants were good. The buffet was okay the food was often cold. The resort is large with many things to do for all ages. There was plenty of seating at the buffet and at the pool, which isn't always the case at all inclusive resorts. We came with a party of 16, all family members. They were very accommodating about seating us at tables close to each other. We were traveling with a wheelchair and two people with walkers and it wasn't a problem anywhere. The access is great we were even able to take the wheelchair down to the beach because there are paths almost all the way to the water. This was overall a great experience. This is a large resort with many things to do. We had 5 teens and there was always activities for them to enjoy in addition to the pool and the beach. I highly recommend this resort.
