Grand Palladium
German served us with professionalism and the whole experience was an amazing. Definitely recommend the hotel and the Italian restaurant.

Jhonaton was amazing! We booked the Italian restaurant for dinner and it did not disappoint. Jhonatons service was 10/10, he did not leave us without a drink and he was very polite!

Diego the top Donny of white sands pool
Diego at the white sands hotel pool area was more than excellent. He was beyond attentive, making custom drinks and making lovely conversation! The man is a true asset. Deserves a pay increase and much more. The man is and asset to you resort and you should realises this!!!

Amazing staff
The bar staff at this 5-star resort in Mexico are absolutely incredible! Gloria, Jacinto, Yordi, Desinderio, and Jose went above and beyond every single day to make our experience unforgettable. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome and cared for. Each drink was served with a smile, and they always remembered our preferences, which made it feel so personal. Truly some of the best bar staff we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting—thank you for making our stay extra special! 🍹✨
