  Grab Palladium Stay

  My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. All staff were very kind and helpful. We were greeted upon arrival and had an easy check in. All restaurants and À la kart food were good. Our room was also left very clean and had great amenities. House keeping made sure our fridge was constantly filled with beverages and even surprised us with pastries. Our building concierges David and Cielo were extremely helpful. They were always available and helped us with any questions that we had and with and our reservations. The resort was beautiful and very big. There are multiple karts that can take you to where you need to be. There’s great entertainment and activities to watch and do as well. There are also multiple pools and a very nice beach with swim and relax.

  Good, not great and would not return

  We did enjoy our stay but would not return and here’s why: 1) The food variety. The buffet is the exact same food day after day whether it’s breakfast or lunch and regardless of which property you go to. The à la carte seems to have similar variations of the buffet food as their offerings too. With the exception of the Bahia Brasil which we enjoyed, all the others were very mediocre at best 2) Service. Were there for a week, got offered a drink around the pool from a server 1 time, and there is no drink service on the beach. The beach bar by Katennah & Colonial often ran out of plastic cups so gave you paper which disintegrated quickly. We are Canadian and always very friendly, and we found everyone we encountered this trip was really un-friendly which struck us as odd for a Mexican resort. From bartenders, restaurant servers etc. No one was overly nice or friendly. 3) Entertainment. The evening entertainment was fantastic! The performers and dancers are wonderful! We really enjoyed the live music and such in the evenings. During the day however there is none. They won’t even play music around the pool or on the beach! We are used to having a variety of games, activities and entertainment during the day at resorts and this had absolutely zero. I read a lot of reviews before booking here and was really excited for it so I wanted to give an honest review for those who are also trying to decide where to book as the options are endless. If you are looking for a VERY quiet resort during the day and food that is just “Ok” you’d be fine here, otherwise I’d book elsewhere. We won’t be returning but made the best of it.

  Palladium @ Riviera Maya

  excellent vacation experience with stay at Palladium @ Riviera Maya: booked regular room with President level access to all areas amenities; the room was perfect, great size, very clean; the services are at the top range; the hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the food in all the restaurants we tried was delicious, fresh, well-presented, very diverse, the staff was always attentive providing exceptional service, the most loved restaurants and buffets i would like to point out are La Dalia, El Dorado, The Nest, El Gaucho, La Boheme; the dinner and show in Chic Cabaret were such unforgettable, fantastic and impressive, that i would say the best impression i've had through last few years

  Family trip

  great location and service, staff is friendly except the shuttle drivers. Rooms are cleaned almost thrice a day. Pools are well maintained. Extremely disappointed with the food, very few vegetarian options. If you are vegetarian, you will eat the same food everyday. Food is not labelled correctly, chefs will use the same tong to handle meats and vegetarian food. Alcohol was diluted.
