We recently returned from an incredible stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun, and we cannot recommend the Royal Towers upgrade enough—it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the grounds were kept in immaculate condition. Our butler, Yajahira, She was extremely attentive, responsive, and truly dedicated to ensuring our stay was wonderful. Whether it was handling reservations or anticipating our needs, her service was world-class and made our vacation feel seamless and special. Regarding the dining: the food was fantastic. While the variety might be a bit more limited compared to some of the massive "mega-resorts" in the area, we found the quality to be excellent and had no issues finding delicious options throughout our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful resort with top-tier service this is it!

Always Amazing
We have been to the Grand Park Cancun several times. We stay in the Royal Tower. When we pulled up to the resort in our shuttle Hector greeted us with hugs and a welcome back smile. Jessica and Yajahira are the BEST butlers! They treat us like family from the minute we got there which is why we request them year after year. Johan our beachside drink server was absolutely amazing! He is so kind and very attentive. In the buffet we have our absolute favorites Erika and Ivan…they are top notch and so welcoming always greeting us with a hug and a smile. And last but certainly not least is Fermin(Smiley) who used to make our omelettes is now a hibachi chef…hands down he is just amazing! His smile alone draws you in but he is excellent at his job and has such a warm personality. I have to say at the end of our 9 days it is always hard to leave because of everyone named above. We love this resort and we love the continued improvements that are being made. The only complaint I have is the timeshare people, even after telling them no, they would stand in the lobby area constantly asking us to talk to them.

January vacation
My first time at this resort. Was treated like royalty. Everything: service, cleanliness, food - was great. Lots to eat and drink at the many bars and restaurants. Food well labeled, staff always asked if you had food allergies so they could accommodate your needs. Beach was sandy, clean. I would stay here again.
