Gregory and Oscar at the Italian restaurant were great! Breakfast was amazing. Many fresh options. We look forward to visiting again!

The resort itself is in a very good location with awesome and clean beach. They have 2 pool and both were good. We had taken the Deluxe Ocean View room and the room was average but the view from the balcony was great. The housekeeping did a good job keeping our rooms clean. Coming to the food, it was not that great. The international buffet did not really have a lot of international variety and the taste was so so. The pool side snack bar was also so so, nothing impressive. The asian restaurant food sucked big time! The italian and mexican restaurants were comparatively better. I was unhappy with the checkout process as they made us wait for 25 mins. They should add more staff for checkin/checkout process.

Amazing view and service
Best view and amazing service. Food could use some improvement was hit or miss. Alejandro saw to our every need and Karina at the pool was so great. Great trip!!!

Overall experience was ok. Positives include mostly courteous staff , convenient location, plenty of in house services.. however they gave me a room with leaky roof that was not fixed inspite of me complaining 3 times at the fromt desk.. we had a keurig and refrigerator that didnt work in the room. Secondly if u are vegetarian your options are limited and soon your experience becomes poor. Finally the checkout experience was final nail im the coffin. There was a half an hour wait for checkout and we had a taxi waiting
