First time for my family. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Villa is super nice, spacious, and comes with butler service. The standard room is small with minimal space. If you don't plan on being in the room much other than sleeping then that's probably fine. Hotel offers refillable plastic bottles for guests to refill for water. Unlimited beverages. Cleanliness was top notch. The staff was definitely on that. Pool closed at 8 pm which I personally thought was way too early. Even though villa was nice I wish the bed was better quality

Amazing resort . Jessica was the BEST
We had an amazing time at Grand Park Royal resort . Our butler Jessica did a fantastic job at making sure all of our needs was met from booking our cabana beds to dinner reservations . Her communication was excellent and she made our experience much more worth it . Ask for Jessica if your stay includes the butler services . 10 out of 10 thanks to her

The hotel in general was good. Very welcoming and helpful staff,please tip them well they work hard to make your stay a good one. The place is also clean ,mattres new and comfortable. Room service and maintenance comes quickly. Food was very good ,my family and I ate mostly at the buffet restaurant. We also tried the Italian restaurant,the best for me there was the bread and the goat cheese. I am taking one star off for a couple of reasons one is the Asian restaurant ,we were celebrating and the waiter was aware of it and they took over 1 hour to serve the food,extremently long. The chicken satay was a joke there was nothing there , it took me 2 seconds to eat and it was tasteless ,portions were very small ,food in general not great.But the most upseting part was the wait. Also the check in at the front desk ,I read bad reviews about Kayla or Keila same person and they were true. She made no effort to help us about getting to our room with a eraly check in ,most of hotel work with you about this,we arrived around 12:30 ,she asked to come back at 3:00 we did not get to our room till 4:00 because it was not ready at 3:00 either. So if for example you are traveling from Europe you will not get to your room to rest for many hours . Also when I asked her questions about the restaurants her answer was the concierge can help you with those questions. She needs to be better at customer service.

Grand Park Royal Cancun
We just returned from GPRC and everything was excellent! As frequent visitors to GPRC we were impressed with the new upgrades and plans for continued improvements. The all of the staff was excellent and a pleasure to deal with! We are look forward to our return trip later this year!
