My family and I stayed at Grand Velas Los Cabos last week and had a fabulous time. Our personal concierge Natalia was attentive, professional, and very accommodating. We had Isabella for one day by the pool and she was absolutely terrific. We did have a small misunderstanding by the pool but it was immediately corrected with no further issues during our stay. We have visited the other locations and none of them disappointed us. If you want to be treated like royalty then Grand Velas is the place to go. We will return in the future. Thank you to ALL of the staff that made our trip memorable!

Great Overall Experience
This place exceeded expectations. It was our first family trip with a toddler and everything went so smoothly. Atenas was our concierge and started the trip off perfect by reaching out a couple days before and getting our stay organized. She had everything we needed for our son in the hotel room, including a very fun teepee and some toys. The food was also amazing. We enjoyed every meal we had and even got to enjoy a date night because of Sofia, an onsite babysitter. Our son was so comfortable with her the moment she walked in and allowed us to have a stress free night. Highly recommend Grand Velas.

Amazing vacation for our family!!
The pool was spectacular! The food was amazing! We loved the kindness of the staff. Our concierge, Gianni was so helpful and polite. We trusted his recommendations and appreciate all of his hard work to ensure our stay was perfect.
