Lovely Time 😊
Highly recommended Hotel. Modern, Spacious, Relaxed and spotlessly clean. Great weather, +22/+23 everyday 🌡️ Friendly staff. Online booking system for meals....just avoid 0900 and 1830 peak times if you choose the buffet for breakfast and evening dinner, there will be a queue.... 3 pools, at least one saltwater and all heated.

Wonderful in every way
I only have positive things to say about this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, it was a great check in experience, the room exceeded my expectations in size, location, cleanliness and comfort. The food in the main buffet restaurant was lovely, the salted pool was heated (although personally I would still like it warmer like a bath!) the gym was clean and fully equipped, there were some nice walks in the area, and the sun shone for us all week! Nothing to dislike - if this hotel is one you’re thinking of, then I urge you to book and I don’t think you’d be unhappy.

Great hotel , Great Location 😎
Great hotel in a nice location away from the busy bits of Tenerife. Standard room with sea view was ridiculously big with a balcony to match. Food & drinks are of a good standard & restaurant Route66 was the best of a la carte’s. I do think the selection of food in the main restaurant could be improved, seemed quite restricted at times. Adele 10mins in a taxi costing 20€. Staff really friendly & an all-round nice hotel, shall return 😎

A really lovely hotel. Worthy of every star.
An absolutely wonderful hotel. We stayed here for one week in the middle of January with Jet2. We arrived very early, most likely before our room was ready. Immediately we were greeted by the reception staff and given a refreshing glass of cava and sat down to wait until it was our turn to book in. First impressions of the hotel was that it was spotlessly clean and we were excited to start our much needed holiday. when we were shown to our room by the bellboy with our luggage we were very impressed indeed. Huge room, lovely bed, comfortable lounge area with sofa and easy chair. Bathroom has his and hers sinks, large walk in shower. There were two wardrobes a 'his' and 'hers' but with the amount of clothes I took I stole a bit of 'his'!! We had requested a sea view which is what we got. The hotel is in thee blocks, we were situated in the first one which is the Paraiso building but the Beso which is the one next to it it further down closer to the pool without the kiddies splash play would have been our preferred choice. When we book again (and we really want to book again) I would ask the hotel staff if this was possible. The other block is for the Privilege guests which is very much more money and not an option for us this time. If you are still reading with me I need to talk about the Hotel staff. They are truly excellent. All happy, all polite, all genuinely caring. The bar staff in the main hotel bar are very professional indeed, all the drinks are served to your table, no standing around at the bar in this hotel. They bring the bottle and pour it before you with hand behind back. Very high end indeed. No cheap drinks either, all branded stuff and very good quality. Lastly but by no means least is the food. It is absolutely brilliant. Great quality, huge choice, all hot (or cold if you want that) I could have gone absolutely mad but I did try to hold back. We were all inclusive so every single thing was included which also meant we had the choice of going the the three a la carte restaurants, which we did, the Japanese Teppanyaki first, then the Italian and then Route 66 the American themed. They we all first class, the staff were fabulous and hilarious in Route 66, very funny comedians. We had a hoot. I read lots of reviews of hotels I stay in and I always find horrible things written about some of them. No hotel gets away without someone posting a negative review but this hotel goes out of it's way to make sure you have a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I read that because the hotel is opposite the Hard Rock hotel is experiences noise issues. We we certainly didn't hear anything, in fact it was so quiet we slept in and skipped breakfast twice. We thank you all for making our holiday one we will always remember. I'd love to give all the staff a 100% name shout out but I can't remember them all but I did ask for the names of Begonia waitress and Stephania, the Buffet restaurant manager. They are just the most professional of staff and stood out as just superb. Housekeeping are excellent too. I could go on and on. Just don't take my word for it. Go for yourself. Ignore every negative review you read about this place because, seriously, there aren't any. Sue and Nigel.

Lovely sunny honeymoon!
Myself and my husband enjoyed our honeymoon here and were so beautifully attended to by all the staff. So many amazing people, Ismail and Marcos to name just a few. The room was stunning, the pools and spa amazing and food was incredible. We were also treated to some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate! It's a beautiful location in South Tenerife, with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding islands. It's the perfect place to kick back and relax, which is exactly what we have done this week!
