The first time I visited a H10 resort. What a great experience! We arrived late because our flight had a one hour delay. The check-in went very fast and we could immediately go to the restaurant to get dinner. We had a very nice room with a view on one of the swimming pools and the sea. The rooms are very spacious, with a nice bathroom. The hotel has a very nice infinity pool which is recommended for adults, it was always very quiet and has a nice view on the sea and a few palm trees. We tried all the a la carte restaurants. There are three in total: - Italian - Japanse - Steak They are great, they are included in your all in package. The easiest way to book is on the app of the hotel or you can go to the guest relations and they will do the booking for you. The main buffet restaurant is also very nice and offers a great variety of food. Every day you have many choices of meat and fish. They have pasta, pizza, salads. Also a variety of desserts and ice cream. The only thing you have to worry about is that you will eat too much because there is too much choice. In the evening there is always nice entertainment on the lobby bar terrace, we same some artists playing the piano, the violin, singing 80's music,... Every evening something different, but very nice and relaxing. I enjoy this trip and this hotel very much and I had a very relaxing holiday. The best this hotel has is their staff. They are all wonderful, smart and kind people who made my stay fantastic. I had nothing to worry about and they all dit a great job. I want to give my special thanks and my appreciation to: - Begonia - Ihara - Adrian - Clairet - Marta - Yoleisy - Marcos - Yeniling - Silvia Alberto and Jaanika from the entertainment team. Thank you for learning me the Macarena! Nancy from the reception desk who our check in. Thank you to all of you for making me feel at home! I cannot remember all the names of the hotel staff and I got some pictures but I am not able to read all the names... There was a very kind and funny lady in the restaurant I think her last name was Perez. She was also very friendly and helpful! I hope to come back next year!

Mission Accomplished
This is the second time we have come to this H10 resort and again, we were delighted. The upgrade to privilege is worth it, in my opinion, but irrespective, the site is immaculate and the staff are the best I’ve met. So helpful and friendly. The mission was a week of simple relaxation and “mission accomplished”. Thank you!

We had booked directly with the hotel,at first glance everything looks beautiful, however not a 5 star hotel far from it, room full of cockroaches, very little help on this topic, the reception team don't know anything, check the app was the comment mostly used, we had been told we can book a late checkout till 16:00 at a cost of 15 euro per hour but we had to book on the day of departure, we asked for this service then told you can have till 2pm at a cost of 30 euro per hour double the price for half the time,we also asked it we could book a room for the day as we have a late flight told to check the app again, the general attitude across the hotel was less than desirable, additionally the pool area is super slippy seen many adults and children fall down when walking @h10hotel have you done a slip analysis? I will not visit this hotel again, and would advise if you want yo be talked to with respect when asking questions i would highly recommend another hotel chain.

My second time loved.
Hello im still on hollidays and and still in the hotel..just wanted to say how amazing aerobics in the water all staff do there amazing job. But acwa aerobics in water with ANTHONY BRUNO its absolutely amazing i always wanted to try and i loved thank you 😊 🙏 ❤️ 💜
