Wonderful Hotel with a Fantastic Team
This is a wonderful hotel in many aspects. First of all the team are dedicated and committed to giving great service throughout the hotel. From the initial welcome at check in to the departure and checkout they have been faultless and fantastic. Friendly courteous and thoughtful. We stayed in the privilege area of the hotel and were very pleased with the room ( amazing sea views and well appointed ) . The sunset pool area on the 5th floor is superb with its own bar and stunning uninterrupted views across the ocean to La Gomera . We at an all of the Restaurants except the Italian . Booking is essential via the app and we would suggest booking your meal plan for the evening on arrival . The View ( privilege lounge ) was superb for breakfast and dinner. The service was impeccable as was the food . We would particularly mention Ihara Xuan who was outstanding. His dedication to serving his customers is second to none. So helpful and so courteous. We also dined in the Japanese restaurant and experienced the live cooking station . The chef was brilliant and entertaining. He explained all of the ingredients and cooked in front of us. The all inclusive option was definitely worth the investment as was the privilege option . Overall a fantastic holiday in a brilliant hotel . We will return.

Amazing Hotel and Fantastic Staff !
Another amazing stay at the H10 Atlantic Sunset. A wonderful hotel, providing a brilliant holiday destination which we’ve experienced as a couple and now as a Family. The Staff are superb in every department and are a credit to the Hotel. They could not have been more accommodating to us as a Family and were phenomenal with our young daughter, who loved saying ‘hello’ and ‘bye-bye’ to them every day ! Huge credit to The View Staff who made our holiday really magical and a big thank you to Katia, Xuan and the rest of the Team, Hope says ‘bye’ one last time !!

Excellent hotel
Absolutely amazing hotel - just returned from a weeks stay. The staff, food, cleanliness are fabulous. The Privilege upgrade is definitely worth the money, just for the use of the restaurant which we ate at twice due to the amazing food. The Route 66 and the Italian were good, but the dishes were over filling for ourselves (as we are not big eaters). The buffet restaurant has lots of choice for everyone at each setting. The only negative is the entertainment - the singers in the lounge bar were not the best, the best evening was a rock show which everyone seemed to enjoy, but that was the only evening during a full week.

Great for Kids! yet not quite 5*
After just returning from 9 nights at the Atlantic Sunset, we had a great time but not without faults. I'll start with the plus's. Kids entertainment was brilliant and cannot fault. The staff at the Daisy club were so good keeping the kids entertained either int he daisy club itself or round the pool with lots of games going on for all ages. Kids evening entertainment was also very good. Food- We were not part of the Privilege option and also with Kids so could only use the italian/American and buffet. Buffet food was very repetitive for breakfasts lunches and dinners pretty much the same every day. other restaurants were ok. although both shut for 2 days a week which i find odd as makes it so hard to book a reservation. Rooms- rooms were very spacious and kept clean. However the lights and AC are set to ECO mode and can not be changed, meaning if no movement detected they switch off. I get if its for when you're out all day but this also is the same at night when asleep. We found ourselves waking up sweating hot as the AC just turns off. We also had further issues with this by having to actually open the front door to reset it. NOT ideal with 2 young children, we complained at the reception and Guest relations 4 times before this was fixed. however the ECO mode remained for the whole holiday. not great for a so called 5*. Cleanliness- Hotel was clean however found the kids park to be full of the night/day before cups and litter and also sometimes drinks spilt around the pool were still there the next day. Overall we had a great holiday, would i return, probably not. The Daisy club/staff and entertainment would be the only thing that i would say was 5* and made our holiday great as the kids loved it.

A wonderful family vacation
A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The food is amazing! I love the peace at the infinity pool, and they have the best sun loungers.
