A family hotel with small children
This is a hotel for families with small children, you are never more than 5 feet from a bored child kicking or bouncing a ball from morning until late night mostly unsupervised,I would not go here with teenagers because they will soon get bored, the hotel is situated on its own on the wrong end of a cliff, if you like a hotel where you don’t leave or go for a wander then this is the hotel for you, the staff are 100% great no question, we had a swim up room and this was the best swim up pool layout I’ve seen in a hotel, if you like swimming lengths then it must be 70 metres long and it’s 1.2 metres deep, we had it all to ourselves 90% of the time and the sun drops about 2 o’clock but not in the pool, the infinity pool is great and forget about not getting a sun bed because this doesn’t happen here, The restaurant and food are good like what you expect in an all inclusive, the salads are amazing, I can’t fault the food, you have to book for breakfast, dinner and evening meal via an app and this is a great idea and it makes everything more relaxing, we did the Japanese restaurant which was like a great night out of entertainment, but the entertainment in the hotel is the worst and the area where this happens has a cold boring soul less atmosphere and remember you are stuck here unless you want to take your chances with taxis that are lawless, at the end of the hotel there is a lift that puts you on the street next to a bar which is really cool especially on a weekend when the sun goes down but that’s it, you can walk many steps down and then back up again in complete darkness to a street with the hard rock hotel and bars, The room was great and clean with a fridge that gets topped up every 2 days, water gets topped up every day no problem. We hired a car in the end for 3 days and the hotel has a massive underground car park which was good so if you do make sure you get your wristbands on your left had when you arrive or you have to get out of the car,we went to the other main resorts but believe it or not you will not get parked anywhere because I agree with the protesters that there is too many people in Tenerife no joke. Its a relaxing hotel but too many kids

Perfect location, wonderful hotel
We went to Tenerife to make the scuba diving exam for the kids and spent a week at the NH10 Hotel Atlantic Sunset Tenerife, with our two teenage children and my partner. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was impeccable; we had half-board service, I really recommend it. The pools were clean, there was plenty of space for sunbathing, and the hotel also had an excellent gym, which we used daily. The hotel is beachfront, with a side door providing direct access to the oceanfront, where we watched the sunset every evening at Roca de Negra. I highly recommend this place to everyone, as well as the hotel itself. On our last evening, we were also treated to a wonderful dinner as returning guests. Thank you very much, Barbara and for all the staff. We can't wait to go back again.

Amazing but rooftop pool should be adults only
Loved our second stay here. Special thanks to Xuan Tran in the a privilege restaurant for looking after us every day, you work so hard and always smiling! The rooms and the hotel in general is immaculate. I think the rooftop pool should be an adult only area (or at least older kids only) - there’s plenty of pools for the kids and it would be nice to have one space in the hotel where those seeking a relaxing break can chill without kids running around!

5* service
Xuan tran and Katia looked after us every night and was always welcoming - 5* service. Great food and lovely friendly services, we ate there every night. Would recommend going to the privilege restaurant as it is well worth it. Thanks again!

2nd time here and still a great experience
So many wonderful staff it would be impossible to thank them all individually, but one stand out was Xuan Tran in the privilege View restaurant. His dedication to make everybody feel special and with a smile on his face is second to none. We have never seen anyone so happy with his work and he is an asset to the company. Overall, our 2 week stay in a privilege junior suite was great and we look forward to coming back in October
