  Great!

  Me and wifey stayed for 10 days. Amazing experience. Extremely lovely staff. Nothing to complain about! Food great, location great, weather great! Room was spacious, modern look! Gym was pretty well equipped which is always a great surprise! You need to be a sad person to have any issues with holidays like that 😅. Barbara from guest experience top class service 🔝

  Sunbed reservations everywhere - and a policy that isn’t enforced

  H10 Atlantic Sunset is a beautiful hotel in a great location, with attractive rooms and impressive modern architecture. Unfortunately, our overall experience fell well short of what we expect from a five-star hotel, particularly at a price of almost €1,000 per night. We stayed for two nights in a Rooftop Suite on an All-Inclusive basis. The food was average at best, but the biggest disappointment was the management of the pool areas. Our family of five often had to share a single sunbed, despite the hotel having three pool areas. Several sunbeds near us remained covered with towels for hours without anyone using them. We repeatedly asked staff for assistance, but nothing was done. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we stayed at the hotel two years ago, when the problem of guests reserving sunbeds with towels already existed. Back then, however, the lifeguard was at least helpful and actively cleared unattended sunbeds. During our recent stay, the situation was significantly worse, and our requests for assistance were unsuccessful. At check-out, Guest Relations explained that when the hotel is fully booked, guests should not expect to get a sunbed, and that staff only remove towels in the early morning. This is difficult to understand when the hotel also claims to enforce a no-reservation policy. What is the point of having a policy if it is not consistently enforced? Other luxury hotel groups manage to address this issue effectively, even during busy periods. I contacted management in the hope of finding a constructive solution. While I appreciate the response, it did little to acknowledge the underlying problem. Instead, the explanation largely focused on why the situation was difficult to manage. This left me with little confidence that the hotel recognises how much its service needs to improve. A five-star hotel should not earn its reputation through architecture, facilities and attractive rooms alone. What truly distinguishes a luxury hotel is outstanding service, attentive staff and effective problem-solving when things go wrong. Sadly, our experience felt like a one-star service experience wrapped in a five-star package. The hotel has considerable potential, but based on our recent stay and the response from management, I would be reluctant to return or choose another H10 hotel for future holidays.

  An amazing hoilday getaway for some winter sun xx

  Staff are extremely polite, friendly and can't do enough for you, they always recognise you and make you feel welcome. The food is amazing always fresh and hot, and plenty of variety. Would highly recommend for a great stay.

  Perfection

  From start to finish this hotel was perfect in every way,all the staff were exceptional and very welcoming so professional, always had a smile on there face,the rooms spacious and cleaned daily fridge topped up daily,all drinks branded in the all inclusive package,food fresh breakfast dinner and lunch excellent best hotel I've been to for a long time absolute quality.

  Everything is good excellent rooms activities specially for kids live music foods pool and their rooms. Excellent service.
