    Jazmin and Reynaldo from check in were great. They were very nice and attentive. Recommend them anytime. They explained everything well and we felt very pleased

    Great Experience at Il Forno Restaurant

    The best Experience at Il Forno restaurant. Jazziel gave me a 10 stars treament . I enjoy the flavors of the cuisine and the beverage the Bar tender prepared. I really recommend to book a dinner and enjoy the food, the GREAT SERVICE JAZZIEL gives you and the Food is Awesome!!

    Juan Ramón was a great poolside server and always attended to our needs no matter how busy he was. I highly recommend going to his side of the pool to get great service.

    Excellent view and exceptional service!!

    This was our fifth time to stay at Hacienda Encantada. The view at El Patio pool is our favorite and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Omar and Ingrid provided exceptional service at the pool. Thank you to the entire Hacienda staff for always providing an excellent experience. If you are looking for a top notch concierge Manuel (Manny) is the man to see!!
