    Great Service Resort

    This was our first family trip to Cabo, and we decided to stay at an all-inclusive resort that also catered to families. The resort was about a 40-minute drive from the airport, but our kids (5 and 3) really enjoyed the ride. When we checked in, the room we had reserved wasn’t available, so the resort upgraded us—which was a wonderful surprise. Our children loved the golf cart rides available throughout the property, as well as the family pool. Isabel and Luis at the pool/bar were amazing—they provided truly top-notch service! The resort also has numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine, with options even for the pickiest eaters. Karina, our host, was very warm and welcoming. For concierge and babysitting needs, I highly recommend Michelle. She looked after our children while my husband and I enjoyed a date night. She was patient, friendly, and genuine, and our kids loved spending time with her.

    Welcome Home, again!!

    We were there for the week of 9/7-13. Most of the time we ate at Las Marias. Joshua was our waiter as well as Arturo. Both are just so pleasant, friendly and always aim to please. Brenda the hostess always has a smile and is also so friendly and sweet. We love coming to HE as everyone always treats you like family. Welcome Home!!

    BabyMoon at Hacienda was a little amazing decision

    My wife and I spent our BabyMoon at Hacienda and we couldn't have had a better time. Extremely attentive to our needs during pregnancy and the entertainment team, especially Monse, were incredible!
