We stayed here for one night before catching an early morning flight out of the San Juan airport. The property was nice and the people were very accommodating! We arrived several hours before check-in and asked them to hold our bags while we went to lunch and did a bit of sight-seeing. By 1:00pm, the reception texted us that our room was available if we wanted to check-in early! After a hot walk around Old San Juan, this was much appreciated. We stayed on the first floor, room 152. My only complaint is that there was a musty/mildew odor on the hallway and in our room. Other than that, the property and room is what you would expect. This hotel is located very close to the airport so one should expect to hear the planes taking off and landing frequently. There is a complimentary happy hour that was wonderful! There was also free nachos available. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to mention the food at the Pool House. If you’re staying at the hotel, you must try Jorge’s cheeseburger with a side of french fries—it was absolutely delicious! ..............Overall good service

Great Stay
I've had the pleasure of meeting Adrianna who was plesant. Everyone a desk was warming and inviting. Housekeeping was very good, breakfast was good as well. I enjoyed my stay here. Close to airport which is a plus! came to celebrate my 30th birthday!

Clean and quiet
Great customer service and very clean have been going here for 6 years straight,love it here ,food at pool is very good, rooms are clean and spacious with a safe ironing board two television we had the king suite separate sink and refrigerator

We required another room due to having roaches in our room. One was in my bed and the other ones were near the refrigerator (I saw two) when I opened the door. When we explained to the front desk that our room was infested with roaches they apologized, gave us a card to email corporate and put us in another room. The next morning my mother opened luggage to see that another roach was also in one of the bags she had stored in her luggage. Now we will have to buy new luggage’s so we will not take them back home with us. I read there was a problem back in 2016 of roaches. May need more than an exterminator for this building to get rid of the roaches.
