    A Week at Hampton Inn & Suites San Juan

    I've stayed here several times and find it more surprising that after so many years they still maintain the same Breakfast Items which remain Cold and the Pool Towels for Thin Side Adults. As a Man of a Big Size to charge a Resort Fee and have regular size Pool Towels is Confusing. You need to upgrade your Pool Towels to accommodate those of a larger size and do better with your Breakfast. The Sausage Links were so Dry and as were your tater tots that I had to place mine in the bagel toaster just to get them warm. Also the bathroom in Room 413 needs that Mold Cleaned and plaster above the shower. I chose this hotel because it is convenient and close to the airport. I hope that this review sheds light and that some of the issues are resolved in hopes of my return back in 2026

    Good stay

    This was our second hotel since we came for a concert but decided to spend another night to catch a cruise. Which there were many people here for the same reason. First experience with the front desk was phenomenal. We only wanted to leave our bags to continue exploring the island but they let us check in super early since there was a room available! The young man at the desk was so helpful through our one night stay. The complementary breakfast was really good! I’d definitely stay here again.

    Excellent hotel, I have no complaints. The hotel is very clean and fragrant. The staff is 100% helpful, both boys and girls. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. We loved the hotel. I highly recommend it to the Hamton Inn & Suites San Juan.

    Airport convenience

    We stayed here for one night before catching an early morning flight out of the San Juan airport. The property was nice and the people were very accommodating! We arrived several hours before check-in and asked them to hold our bags while we went to lunch and did a bit of sight-seeing. By 1:00pm, the reception texted us that our room was available if we wanted to check-in early! After a hot walk around Old San Juan, this was much appreciated. We stayed on the first floor, room 152. My only complaint is that there was a musty/mildew odor on the hallway and in our room. Other than that, the property and room is what you would expect. This hotel is located very close to the airport so one should expect to hear the planes taking off and landing frequently. There is a complimentary happy hour that was wonderful! There was also free nachos available. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay.

    Pool House Eatery

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to mention the food at the Pool House. If you’re staying at the hotel, you must try Jorge’s cheeseburger with a side of french fries—it was absolutely delicious! ..............Overall good service
