    Great times!!!

    This was not our first time staying here. We loved it 7 years ago and decided to go back and take some friends with us. Mitzi and Mauricio were great concierge. Jhonas and Carlos were the best waiters by the pool. Ignacio, Alberto, and Rosario always took care of us for breakfast at Frida. We can’t wait to go back!! We love the size of the resort. Oh I almost forgot Chris and “Bubbles” on the entertainment staff are great.

    50th birthday couples trip

    Our visit to the Hard Rock exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 3 couples celebrating 50th birthdays. Hector and Jesse went above and beyond to give us the VIP treatment ! From having our chairs set aside each morning by the pool to making our dinner reservations where and when we wanted to delivering drinks to our room, everything and anything we asked for was possible The food was very good not 5 star but we never had a bad meal. Lots of options at the buffet and 4 sit down restaurants to choose from. Pizza (which was very good!) burgers and fries were available to grab and go. The hotel was a little bit dated, but there was always staff cleaning and maintaining the property. The staff was exceptional, friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed both Angel and Jonathan two of the bartenders we spent most of our time with at two of the 4 + bars. The pool was clean and not very crowded. There were activities if you wanted to participate. We got lucky with the weather and the seaweed was not an issue (only one day where there was more seaweed than I was willing to swim in) otherwise the water was clear blue warm, and wonderful! Would definitely go back. Thank you again Hector and Jesse for a memorable vacation😊

    Very satisfied

    My wife and I enjoyed our week at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancún very much. The staff was amazing, taking very good care of us. I did not get everyone’s names but here are a few that were awesome. Jonas who is server that to care of us near the float bar. Also Willy who is the bartender in the lobby bar. Our concierge’s Mitzi, Mauricio and Coral were also available to answer our questions and meet our every need.

    Amazing vacation with 5 star service

    Just left Hard Rock Cancun. Had such a great vacation. From the moment we walked in our butler Jessy was waiting for us and got us checked right in. It was definitely the fastest checkin we’ve experienced which was so nice! After a long day no one likes waiting around to check in! Jessy was great from an upgraded room to setting up a wonderful dinner on the beach. She made sure this trip was all we could ask for!! Can’t wait to return!!
