    Excelent!

    Very good! Specially ROB and HECTOR! They made the difference. The food also very good, the infrastructure. Maybe It would be better if you have more sweets options gluten free!

    Great hotel, brilliant staff

    Another 2 week holiday with my wife and adult daughter. This hotel has a great atmosphere, it's lively without being intrusive. The pool area has been refurbished and there has been other signs of ongoing upgrades throughout the hotel. Our room was 2 queen sized beds and had ample space for 3 adults. The minibar is part of the all inclusive package, which although wasn't always restocked each day, a call to reception led to 15 minutes later someone came up to restock. Room service is included and pretty good quality. The resuraunts are varied and provide tasty & well cooked food. No particular favourites as they were all good. During the day snack services at the poolside were excellent too. Entertainment each night was great too, with something for everyone. The lobby bar is the place to be in the evening. The staff are the star of this hotel, Ailyn, Edu, Jonathan, Omar, Andi & Magic kept us well entertained and are superstars (Ailyn particularly but they're all great). Fernando (hope you had a good holiday), Hector & Luis were brilliant in the Lobby Bar and Arzeta at the pool bar kept me refreshed. Zen had lots of great staff, but David/Jose & Michael were stand outs for us. In Ciao Carola & Neftali were great. Max in the breakfast buffet always had a word for his Scottish friends. The experience would not be as good without the level of service provided by the staff, they are all great. On our departure day, the hotel let us down though. We had paid for a private transfer and confirmed it with the hotel, but it didn't turn up and it took 25 minutes to arrange a replacement meaning we were at the back of the check in queue which was disappointing. What has made it worse, is that the emails I have sent to the hotel seem to be getting ignored. I will return, but I won't be paying for a transfer again.

    HR Cancún never disappoints

    We have always loved HardRock Cancún. The service is top notch! Rob and Hector were our Butlers during our stay. They made our Vacation experience as first time Hall of Famers one of the best times at HR Cancún. We highly recommend them. We also want to mention Tacho and Will at the pool. They went above and beyond to make sure we always had what we needed.

    The Hard Rock hotel - Cancun Mexico trip

    The Hard Rock hotel was a great place to stay. It was clean, friendly and safe. The restaurant selection was delicious and the service was great! Our butlers Jessy & Victor were amazing! They planned everything for us, dinner, shows and took care of us all day on a daily basis. They made the trip so smooth for us. The servers at the restaurant were friendly. David at Hibachi , Natalio at Ciao, Carlos bartender in the lobby and Jesse at the pool. Our family of 11 had a great time.
