The resort was nice…rooms and common areas. The beds were super comfortable. Service was great as well. But BEWARE of the VACATION CLUB aka the “NOT a time share” people. The check in person sends you with them under the false pretense aka LIE, that they are letting you know where everything is on the resort. All they really want to do is sign you up for the presentation. You say no and they keep offering you things to say yes. If you give in, just know YOU ARE NOT GETTING ALL that 1st person said you were getting. If you say yes to one $ amount, they will add on fees in the end and say you agreed. Disputing the charge will NOT be successful either. They hold you hostage in the presentation and keep sending another person out. The QUALITY CONTROL person is NOT doing quality control. Only the 1st question is about the experience. After that, he’s trying to convince to buy as well. Even at check out when you go to retrieve whatever you were promised. They make one last attempt to get you to purchase. Save yourself time and charges you didn’t agree to and AVOID THE VACATION CLUB aka NOT a time share people at the Hardrock Riviera Maya!!!!!!!

I had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The hotel itself is wonderful — beautiful, fun, and full of energy. The food throughout the resort was absolutely delicious, no matter where we went to eat. It felt like a fun and safe environment the entire time. The staff truly made the experience even better — everyone was so helpful and kind. I even lost my sandals by the pool, and thanks to the efficient lost and found, I got them back two days later! A special shoutout to Alejandro, the concierge, who was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this resort — can’t wait to come back!

Great Week @ HR Riviera Maya
We had another great week at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The staff was excellent as usual. In particular I'd like to highlight the outstanding service received at the Hall of Fame pool all week by our waitress Esperanza. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs. She was very friendly, displayed great work ethic and was efficient at performing her duties. Esperanza's stellar service reflected well on Hard Rock Riviera Maya.

Cant wait to come back!
My wife and I went last week with a large group of friends (28). From the moment we arrived, until we checked out we had the best time. Rooms: We stayed in a 1 bed deluxe terrace on the 3rd floor in building 5. the room was clean and the AC worked perfect. Everything worked as it should and there were no weird smells :) The view was awesome from to upper level terrace. My only complaint about the room (the entire trip for that matter) was that you can hear everything, people in the room next to you, people walking down the hallways ect. I slept with earplugs and some white noise from our phone and it wasn't a huge deal. The tablet in the room was helpful, we were able to order our room service from it, and having 1 easy spot to see all the restaurant menus and events schedules was nice. Food: We were really impressed with the food, everything was fresh, we never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated, we preferred breakfast and lunch at the market, Johnson (Roy) was our server and he was great, very friendly, remembered out names and drink preferences from day 1. We wend back to the market vs checking out other breakfast/lunch spots mainly due to his great service! For dinners we ate at Turo, Zen, and Ciao, all 3 were great. We used room service for lunch 1 day, it arrived in less than 30 minutes and tasted great. Staff: The staff were all very friendly, we did not have any issues during our stay so we really had no need to interact with anyone aside from pleasant greetings. Resort: The pools, beaches, walkways, all were spotless and well maintained, the nightly entertainment was lots of fun, we highly recommend, Queen, and the fire/water shows. there was live music every night, we saw Elvis in the Blue lobby and even did live band karaoke! Overall our experience could not have been better and we will definitely be back in the future!

Awesome place to go with family. It has a child-friendly vibe with adult amenities. Would recommend to all. Plenty of activities to choose from or plenty of places to relax and enjoy the pools/beach.
