This was a fantastic place to spend a week during the first week of December because of the weather. EVERYONE was very friendly and accommodating. We had an all-inclusive which offered the range of various restaurants available. Highly recommended.

Awesome time at Hard Rock Riviera Maya
We truly enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya! We had a presidential suit and it was gorgeous! The Friendly staff made us feel right at home, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Ourhousekeepers kept our room Sparkling clean all week. Our wonderful butlers, Lucio and Bernardo, were both professional and warm always making sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The drivers added a cheerful touch with their friendly and personable service. We are grateful for all the special attentiontion you gave us, making our vacation unforgettable. Thank you for helping create such beautiful memories!!

Outstanding Service and Energy
We had such a pleasant stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Cancun. The resort itself was beautiful, fun, and relaxing, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Hector provided outstanding personal service and did an amazing job coordinating activities—he really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. Dani was also incredible; her aqua aerobics classes were so much fun and full of energy. She brought such a great vibe to the pool every day. Overall, an amazing experience thanks to an awesome team. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴

Staff elevated the experience!
First time visiting the resort. Check in went smooth. Loved the amenities provided. The best part of the experience were the extra activities and that was all in part to Hector and Dani Girl. They were very engaging, helpful, and kind! Such great people who really enhance the whole experience.

Hard Rock Rocks
This hotel for us was a 10/10 from the moment we arrived after 1 hour 10 minute drive from Cancun airport. Check in was very quick and we were taken to our room. Room was spotless and swim up pool looked very inviting with the dim lights. Bathroom large with double sink, great mirrors and a very powerful shower. Buffet breakfast (adults only side) had a great choice and the staff are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The pool (heaven side) is perfect. Great music playing all day (perfect volume) being served cocktails in the pool bar or served at your lounger. The pool bar staff are so friendly and will make anything you please along with their own specialities! Fun activities in the pool to suit everyone. The lagoon beach is lovely and warm with plenty of fish to swim around with. Nearly all restaurants tried and all great food. Steak in this hotel wherever you eat it is so good. Live music in the lobby is very good. We old 100% recommend and can’t wait to return.
