We had so much fun with the entertainment team and Eimo’s,Chino and Luna specially made it fun . They were really funny,fun to play volleyball with and were super helpful and friendly.

One Week Vacation while residing in the Presidential Suite.
Members since 2009. Our Butler(Daniel) was Outstanding and always anticipated our needs one step ahead of us and stayed available to us 24/7 from Arrival to Departure. The Best!!!!

Hard Rocl Riviera Maya Cousins Trip
We recently spent one week at Hard Rock Riviera Maya with two other couples (adult cousins). We had a great experience. All agreed that the food was a cut above. No bad meals at any restaurant! We stayed in the Heaven section, building 1, Sky Terrace. To be honest, the rooms need regular maintenance (toilets running, A/C issues and showers not draining well) and a refresh/update. Building 2 was being renovated. Entertainment was very good. We enjoyed live music and especially the Queen Tribute and Beatles tribute. We are HOF members and our butler team of Moises & Paola were exceptional!!! We were at the hotel during LOP week and they were very busy but still managed to provide outstanding service to our group. They took care of every detail so that we could just enjoy our family time coordinating all of our reserations, spa, golf and reserved seating for shows. We made a last minute request for a charcuterie board, soft drink and ice so we could gather and Paola & Moises came through like rockstars! We also would like to give special shoutouts to... Farro restaurant - Francisco & Mateo, best waiters!! Maria, restaurant manager who makes it all happen & greets you personally with a smile! Eden Pool - Abbdias, the absolute BEST pool service all day long!! Toro restaurant - Riccardo, aka Richie Rich, takes great care and provides phenominal service! Your glass will never be empty!! We would highly recommend Hard Rock Riviera Maya!
