Property charged both cards on our reservation for damaging a television that we never once even powered on. The pic they sent shows pixels issues that can only be seen when tv is powered on. Have gone through multiple different resources trying to get this handled and have gotten nowhere. Now trying to dispute through our credit card company since the property has been absolutely no help at all. Was really happy with this stay up until that point. Be careful. They told us we had a zero balance at checkout and we had this charge pop up the following day.

Great place to watch a concert
I love love love the staff, the hotel etc. but we were here for a concert. Great to watch from our room, but the house music is never turned off. It can override the experience. Still love the hotel and staff.
