    Good but some points to improve.

    Overall good but there’s points of improvement. Food and drinks are good overall but the Italian reataurant has been always bad, I don’t know why haven’t they improved it yet. Check out is @ 12 pm and room key didn’t work @ 11:50 that’s extremely rude from you guys, some guys at the front desk have the worst attitude ever like if they were doing you a favor reactivating the key that SHOULD work. If you’re not happy with your job just quit. Besides that everything was good.

    A Week at Hard Rock Vallarta

    This was our first time at this Hard Rock property (we previously stayed at the Punta Cana location in 2017). We only had Punta Cana to compare it to - Punta Cana being the largest property and Vallarta being their smallest. The staff here was great. Overall, good food at the restaurants (proven to be great for my daughter with a severe peanut allergy). Room service was not great for all but the last two days of our week long stay (food took forever and would arrive cold). My daughter and I got spa treatments which were amazing! Loved the beach area - property has boogie boards and kayaks we could use. Family enjoyed playing beach volleyball as well. While this resort is on the small side (especially compared to Punta Cana) it was a great size for traveling with kids (4 families with kids ages ranging from 10-15). They could go to the kids/teen club, go between beach and pool, grab pizza or lunch buffet … it was great!

    Amazing vacation in amazing hotel

    Amazing vacation, perfect in everything. I will start with room cleaning. Special thanks for Laty and anyone else cleaning room 3037. I am still here :). Felt like home, fresh sheets, very clean room. No sand on floor even we are on the beach! Pool bar team is amazing, starting with Dorian, Alekhandro, and Lawrance. Very friendly, very professional and take good care of guests. Amazing cocktails, they don’t stop working 10 am to 7 pm!! God bless them. Hope the management also appreciates that. Food is amazing specially the specialised restaurants, Ciao, Frida, and Zen. Really they should be Michllen star restaurants. It is my last day. I never returned to a hotel. This one, for sure I will and I will recommend it to my friends. Thanks. I am leaving tomorrow. Will miss the great team! Ohh I forgot the entertainment team Tarisaa, Reed, Kevin, and Gorigia.

    Great all-inclusive experience!

    This hotel was so great for our family of 4. The service was amazing in all areas, including at Friedas restaurant with Neomi. Seriously. We have been to other all-inclusives, and it was never difficult to get another drink or more food. The buffet at breakfast and lunch exceeded our expectations. And the Asian restaurant, Zen was amazing food! Overall, we had an excellent experience. Our family also checked out the boogie boards every day and had a blast! Thank you!
