    This is my honest documented review of Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta

    ⭐️ 1-Star Review I attempted to book a 2-night stay (Fri–Sun) at Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta for a surprise birthday trip for my wife and was shocked by the experience. The hotel quoted $17,000 MXN per night, over $34,000 MXN total, while Expedia was selling the exact same room for $15,673 MXN total. Despite providing proof of the lower rate and following all instructions, the hotel refused to honor the price. I spent 45+ minutes on live chat submitting multiple documents, and still could not book the room. On top of that, I was told to pay a $150 USD pet fee for a documented service dog for epilepsy. Charging for a service animal is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of policy compliance and guest care. This was intended as a special occasion, but misleading pricing, unhelpful staff, and insensitivity toward service animals made it impossible to even complete the booking. Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta should honor advertised discounts, respect service animals, and treat guests professionally.

    Great time at the hard rock in Puerto Vallarta

    Beautiful setting. Resort is nice. Staff is exceptional. Enjoyed the coffe shop each morning. Maybr greeted me with a smile, greeting and a great latte. Concierge staff Jeanne was helpful with what to do with local activities. Our butlers. Alex and Uriel helped make our trip relaxing and fun. Food was good. Nice restaurants. Resort will be updated starting this spring. I had a very relaxing massage. Spa was very nice. I attended a sales meeting and Vanessa explained our membership well. I enjoyed our tour of unico. Will stay there at some point. Will return to the hard rock in the next few years. Great vacation!

    Vacation time in Mexico

    Always an amazing experience at Hard Rock Vallarta!! Our waiters were awesome!! Very good food and service at the UMI. Our servers Jonathan and Adrian were very conscientious of food allergies! Such as celiac. Thank you!!
