    Fer has excellent customer service

    We had a wonderful.time at Frida's. We arrived almost at closing but Fer was on top.of our order and made sure we had everything we wanted. The mole was exquisite and we especially enjoyed the pan.de elote we had for dessert- thank you Fer for making Frida an excellent choice on our first night in Vallarta Hard Rock!

    Spa day with girlfriends

    Best massage I’ve ever had by Joanna thank you so very much you rock she was very professional and amazing. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I go to multiple places for massages, polite, and lovely. The whole experience was amazing the cool plunge in the sauna and the hot tub and the lounging area were very comfortable all staff. We’re lovely.

    Everyone and everything was lovely we love the hard rock!

    Great resort we had so much fun!! Third time here, the staff ensures that you are having a great time and have everything you need. Rooms are beautiful, we had a balcony with a great view of the resort. Service is great at all restaurants, the food options are great

    Great views and friendly people.

    This is one of our favorite resorts. The beach is fantastic and the staff is great. We get Bali beds each time we go. Zu and Diane are the greatest! They check on us just the right amount, remember our favorite orders and are always super friendly. Highly recommend.

    Amazing vacation experience with amazing service!!

    Our experience to the Hard Rock hotel was amazing!! The staff, our room, the resort were all amazing!! I would like to acknowledge the crew at the Ciao Restaurant for breakfast. My wife and I had breakfast there every morning and the crew was excellent. Our server every morning was Lalo and he was amazing! He and the staff were so friendly, fun and enjoyed their job which made it most enjoyable for us. They made our vacation much more special. They are amazing people! We will definitely be back and Lalo and the crew at Ciao will be one of the main reasons for our return. Hopefully the Hard Rock appreciates what special people you have working there.
