This was our first trip to Cancun. Haven was recommended by a friend and I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We went as a group of families and our butler Miguel was the absolute best, beyond helpful and kind. All the staff are amazing, friendly and everything is so clean. I can go on and on but just know this place was a dream.

Jun 14, 2025A Relaxing Getaway with Highlights and a Few Misses
We had a great stay at the resort, with the swim-out suite being a standout—absolutely superb for relaxing and enjoying direct pool access. The room was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with consistently good housekeeping. Samuel’s service was truly superior—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. While most of the experience was top-tier, the food was just okay—solid but not especially memorable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with a few minor drawbacks.

Great drink service from Samuel!!!!
SAMUEL was amazing. We had a swim up room which was so lovely. Samuel came by all day to get our drink orders. We had such a fun time.
