The Hilton staff was super welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. Make sure to have some cash to tip the bellman as they do help bring your luggage up to your room. The rooms are starting to show some of their age - scuffed furniture, chipped paint, etc. but the rooms are still very clean and spacious. The resort is perfectly located in Aruba with restaurants and shops nearby and the airport only about a 15-20 min drive. The beach was beautiful with plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas to reserve. The pools were great although rather underwhelming. There isn't a snack/bar nearby so you have to go about your way to get drinks pool side. There were some waiters but they were quite slow. The pools definitely lacked some good vibes. The spa was amazing. They outdid themselves with the new building and the staff was so welcoming. I got a 50 min full body massage and felt rejuvenated. Definitely arrive early to take advantage of their snacks/drinks in the lounge area and their sauna/cold plunge. The small shops inside the resorts were lifesavers! Coffee and croissants in the morning were delicious. The breakfast buffet was a bit on the expensive side ($35/person) but it does offer a large array of breakfast items. The casino was so sad. Completely empty and quite small. We did visit in October which I hear is their slow season so perhaps that's why the casino was lacking. Construction was still ongoing but it wasn't that loud, it never disturbed our sleep.

Great food ! Sharon and Brigitte are the absolute best ! Sharon goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy ! She is always so kind and always has the biggest smile . Such an amazing hotel and sweetest kindest staff ! Love Hilton Aruba so much .

Great Hotel nice location on Palm Beach
Perfect service, flew over from Curacao for just a night! They didnt find my gold membership from AMEX! Didnt matter, gave us a late free check out, was better combined with the flight. Super nice hotel and service. Pool and beach is stunning!

Construction EVERYWHERE. I paid EXTRA money for a partial ocean view in a tower that no where mentioned would be a view of construction. The other tower disclosed that it was a project view so we purposely booked the more expensive room to avoid construction and it is literally directly in front of our view. Unbelievable! On top of the misleading description of our room we were charged a resort fee of $77 a day! Which was not disclosed to us when we were told our very expensive vacation was paid in full when we booked it. As a family of 4 who was excited for our first big trip to the Caribbean to say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Never again! Construction, construction, construction... Gym was closed to fix the A/C. They charged a 70/day resort fee at the checkout, also lying that they mentioned it when we checked in, so we won't get a chance to spend the money there.
