Being far from home, we had a great dinner on Christmas Eve - delicious meals and very kind service thanks to waitress Adriana!

Dec 22, 2025Not as i read. Jacuzzi cool no partial ocean view.
December 22nd just checked in for 3 nights. I,m a Hilton Honours member. I booked a partial ocean view room with 2 double beds. Which i took that i could see one way up the beach and out to sea. I got the double beds but i can see the ocean well maybe an inch over the top of some cabanas. I paid alot of of money for this room and not happy. The room is fine but view isnt a view. If i had been 2 or 3 higher floors i could have seen the ocean. So do do what i did. You wont get a view. The pools are small and the jacuzzi isnt hot its the same as the pools. No good. I wont come back.

One of the best hotel experiences ever
The room was very spacious and the view of the ocean from the balcony was epic. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. The staff was Impeccable!!!!! Especially Emily at the front desk she was able to take care of all of our accommodations and has been extremely helpful. If you get a chance to come I hope she's there!!!
