Not the expected Hilton experience, check-in was long and did not provide the service I’m a costume to from Hilton, no waters left in the room, room cleaning I was by told needs to be scheduled, bathroom was a nightmare, only one handicap bath in the bldg, no handles in the tub and it was so deep it was dangerous

Great stay
The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Attendants on the beach are helpful, and food and drink service on the beach is great. The beach is beautiful and ocean water is warm and clear. Can't wait to come back!

Jun 06, 2025Fantastic place to stay because of the employees
Throughout our week long stay at Hilton cabana there were a few issues ( Elevator was being worked on multiple times, indoor part of restaurant was closed, and TV stopped working). However, the front desk staff were so Prompt and helpful and quick, responding to every situation, making it enjoyable. The supervisor, Deven, has such a pulsatung miami vibe that he emits, or just makes you want to move here. His generosity and caring nature of each guest is nothing i've ever experienced before. So kind! We have to come back in a couple of weeks and are looking forward to staying here. Kinks can be troubleshooted and worked out, pleasant people who care are rare and this beach front spot has them plentiful. Shout out to Ricky the friedly beach bartender with a genuine smile, Manuel the prompt engineer, and Edens the swiftly efficient Valet attendant who remembers guests to all making out stay sparkle during the five rainy days.

Delicious drinks and amazing vibes!
Bartender was so awesome and made the most delicious drinks, food was good but drink made up for the lack on some of the food! Would definitely come back and the hotel is beautifully decorated 😍 Highly recommend anyone to go, we sat at the bar and had an amazing experience!
