Loved our stay here and in particular a huge recognition to Jonathan at the beach, always friendly and helpful and polite. He helped move our sunbeds together in our group and position the parasol for some much needed shade. Always offering assistance, thank you

Hilton Cabana
I have been 4 incredible days here, a luxury and faboulus structure where you can relax and enjoy. In addition, I would appreciate the work did by Edoardo and Fabiana, two very kindly and lovely guys

Jul 31, 2025Absolute disaster of a place...stay far away !
Absolutely terrible experience, arrived at 1:00 pm, and was told we couldn't check in to our room until 4:00pm... waited in lobby until 5:30 to check in because they hadn't cleaned room yet. Kept checking after 4:00 and got attitude from the desk staff. When we did finally get our room after 5:30 we found room extremely dirty, debris on floors, handprints on glass, fresh stains in toilets, broken bathroom door, large mirror off the wall and leaning against wall, mold growing on the wall, fire extinguisher falling off the wall, wall vents covered in a thick layer of dust, the bed was broken, walls were very beat up with stains and chunks taken out, …and the ocean view was a view of the hotel construction beside our room. The pools looked very dirty and tired. This whole place is ready for a full remodel. To top it all off, the elevator was broken. The staff were not very polite about the situation, however agreed that the room was in no condition to be offered to guests. They were also fully booked, and could not put us into another room. All they could offer was to have a maintenance person (since cleaners had already left) come up to tidy up. They offered zero solutions or other locations we could stay. So we had to ask them to cancel our reservation (made months prior at a premium price) and book a hotel in Ft Lauderdale at a higher cost since it was last minute. This place was a complete disaster....from the condition of the room, the look hotel, the staff, and their overall demeanor. There is an expensive resort fee of $35 extra per day, and only valet parking at a cost of $52 per day! Stay away from this place...there are so many much nicer and cleaner places to stay in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale! Don't be fooled by their selective pictures on their website that were clearly taken years ago.

The best and only positive thing about the hotel was the valet gentleman with name EDENCE. He has been the best valet person I have ever dealt with. So profesional, super attentive and extremely nice and kind. Went above and beyond every expectation! Totally recommend him and should be rewarded and recognized for his work!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 On the other hand the hotel didn’t have enough staff to handle so many people especially with full occupancy and one elevator not working etc.
