Amazing service at the Hilton
Adriana is an amazing bartender, and has great personality. Everyday I was welcome with a smile and a great attitude. Will come back againg next year.

Deven is the best at customer service
I was booking here at this resort for my daughters bachelorette trip the “Sail before the veil” and had a lot of questions and needed a lot of accommodation. I called and spoke with a staff member who answered the phone. His name is Deven. He was super helpful answered all my questions was really nice and helped me with everything I could have needed. I wish there were more people like him working at other hotels! I travel for work so I meet a lot of hotel staff. Let me tell you he was AMAZING!! I haven’t even arrived and I already feel like this hotel cares about its guests. Thank you Deven!

Great Vacation Stay
Our family had the most wonderful stay at this Hilton resort! From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and spotless, perfect for a family of four. The pool and kids’ activities kept our little ones entertained all day, while we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation. Breakfast was outstanding with so many fresh options. This was one of the best family vacations we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back! My family is already planning the next getaway.

Disappointing Stay – Sadly Not the Standard Expected from Hilton
We recently stayed at the Hilton Cabana with family and friends. As long-time Hilton guests who have stayed in numerous Hilton Hotels around the world, we’ve come to rely on them for consistency and reliability. Unfortunately, our experience at Hilton Cabana fell significantly short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no porter service available and were advised to take our own luggage to our room on the 10th floor. Travelling with two young children and large suitcases, this was far from ideal, especially as one of the elevators was out of service. Throughout our 10-night stay, the attitude of staff was generally disappointing. My husband used the gym daily and repeatedly raised concerns about the lack of towels, water and cleanliness of equipment. On three separate occasions, staff responded dismissively, once being told, quite rudely, that it wasn't the staff member's responsibility and no attempt was made to escalate the issue. Despite reporting this multiple times, the problem was not resolved. We also had an issue with the valet parking service. When we went to collect our car, no one had been informed it was needed. A staff member brought a vehicle that looked identical to ours. When we said it was likely our car, we were told it wasn’t. He then handed the keys to another guest, who opened the door, saw our children's car seats and tablet, and informed them it wasn’t his car. Only then did the staff admit it was ours, however, no apology was given. The service in the restaurant and bar was similarly poor, staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. At checkout, I requested a copy of our invoice and found we had been overcharged for parking, we used the valet service for one night but were charged for two. Additionally, as Hilton members, we were supposed to receive $30 daily credit for food and drink, which had not been applied. The receptionist corrected this but confided that she was working alone and stated that complaints might help improve her working conditions. Had this been our first Hilton stay, it’s unlikely we would choose to stay again. While we’ve had many excellent experiences with Hilton in the past, Hilton Cabana did not live up to the standard expected.
