The hotel was very modern and clean. There was a variation of food to suit everyone. Staff were friendly. Be careful at the pool as there is tiles missing and chips at the surface. Although me and my partner had two items stolen from our hotel room when we wasn’t there and the door was locked. I have reported this to the hotel but nothing has been done yet so be aware.

Wonderful trip!
Hilton Cancun All Inclusive is a beautiful resort. The staff were amazing. All the good was very good! The air-conditioner in this resort and in the rooms is the absolute best that we have experienced in 40 trips to tropical destinations. The beds are comfy and the massage next door was outstanding. The yoga classes and the HIIT exercise classes were so much fun. The resort offers tons of exercise classes and activities. The ice cream shop is fun. The water refill stations were an added bonus! Staff were always friendly and hardworking!

Excellent for families with small children
Excellent option for families with small children. Lots of entertainment and great amenities. I would like to give a shout out to the Kids Club and their staff (Arge, Nath,Dixie, Rubi, Gris, Eli) who were amazing to my 5 year old daughter. She loved going to the kids club and never wanted to leave. I highly recommend this resort. I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat

Best vacation ever went with my sisters we had a great time.German waited on us two times both times he was attentive, friendly while giving great service at Auma steakhouse.
