    Excellent stay

    Excellent property. Staff has superior training and eager to help.food is of very good quality. Free night shows are a plus and very well presented. Great water front. Would highly recommend. Close to ferry terminal .

    Awesome first visit to Fiji 🇫🇯

    The Hilton Fiji resort and spa lives up to their 5 star status. All staff were fantastic and it’s so great to see how they treat kids too and make time for them outside kids club. Nuku staff are so amazing from breakfast to dinner 🌟 Rooms were amazing and so spacious and beds very comfortable Thank you for making my girls birthday special

    Terrible customer service

    We stayed with the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa in March of 2025. it is now January of 2026 and we still have not received our marriage certificate. We have had very little communication or accountability from their staff. They ignore our emails and any of their promises to send a new certificate have not been fulfilled. We are very frustrated and would like to receive our marriage certificate.

    Tired and a little run Down.

    We stayed here for 9 Nights and were all round disappointed. The Lobby at Reception wasn’t a great start as it looked very Tired and in need of a clean. The staff were warm and friendly and we were taken via a golf cart quickly to our Suite. Our Pool suite internally was clean and tidy but the pool area and day bed were in Desperate need of Maintenance with Mould on the concrete, rust on the Cabana, and the decking rotted. We went 4 days without hot water and when I stood and insisted it be repaired, it was done in 20 minutes. The Adults only restaurant Koro was a really nice place for Breakfast but Nuku was a big step down. We were paying $950 per night (average) and at that price point We won’t go back until there are some major renovations.
