Nice
Nice resort but not the best in Fiji. Rooms are a bit older. It’s quite spread out so can be a long walk from your room to reception / restaurants. There is a complimentary bus that runs up and down. Adults only area often quiet. Comfortable. Friendly housekeeping and bar staff. Clean facilities. Clean room. Bathroom a little awkward!

SUCH AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!
Visited Fiji for the first time and booked our accommodation at Hilton Denarau. The food, service, vibes and activities on site were all a 10/10. Super friendly people everywhere - just such an overall amazing time !! I would like to thank Siteri for being so friendly, welcoming and even offering to show my family and I around on her day off. She is my favourite person ever as she took her customer service to the next level and made sure we were comfortable the whole time we stayed there. She always has a smile on her face that is very contagious and such a genuine and kind person. We are still keeping in contact even though I have left Fiji! I LOVE MY GIRL SITERI PLEASE BUY HER A NEW CAR AND GIVE HER A PAY RISE!!! HEHE DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR HERRR 😝😝

Nice resort; friendly people
Everyone was so friendly at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa. This resort is very family friendly and seems to have a lot of activities at different times for the children. So it is not a quiet resort. The rooms at the resort could use some updating but it wasn't terrible. We had a kitchenette in our room with a separate sitting area which was nice. The water in both the adult pool and the main pool was quite cold. I would have liked it just a bit warmer as it was usually a shock getting in every time. The resort is very long. Our room was in the 1400s (I believe) and it was a good 10-15 minute walk to the main pool. The Bula express does go by, but it was usually driving in the opposite direction that we were headed. The ocean was wonderful and so warm but definitely not that beautiful clear blue water. The resort does not offer any beach chairs near the ocean, and you had to walk through a lot of grass before you even reached the sand. It would have been nice if the resort provided some beach chairs near the water. We tried 2 of their restaurants for lunch and dinner. Both were decent but very expensive. The resort is also close to Port Denarau where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The Bulu Bus can take you there for a fee and it runs every 15 minutes. Overall, great resort and I would stay there again.

Happiness is hearing shouts of “bula!”
Our second stay at this Hilton was good, not great. We like the site layout, multiple pools, beachfront and the room sizes. Maravou and Koro are solid restaurant options (but I wouldn’t travel to them if we weren’t staying here). Low points? Reception is a tired looking shed, the breakfast is quantity not quantity, and the pool areas are in desperate need of a clean up. Sound travels too easily through rooms, especially those with an adjoining suite (we had to make multiple late, late night requests to ask neighbours to please quieten down). Mosquitos are a constant. Overall, it doesn’t feel like value for money and it’s certainly not we expect of the Hilton brand. But the staff are amazing, they us want to come back. Kudos to the beautiful Christopher in F&B, “Simon Says” the Bula Express Driver, Kini the pool slide “kid wrangler” extraordinaire, Siroteki who creates housekeeping magic with towel animals and Padma in the spa. Sincerely, you all made our stay that bit better. Thank you!

We had a garden view room which was nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was very good with a separate bath and shower. The main pool area is nice. The adults pool area is ok. It could be a lot nicer like the one at the Sofitel (right next door) which is great. It is also a long way from the main area so you need to walk a lot or get one of the carts which drive up and down the resort. The restaurants are average. Maravu is the best food-wise. Koro was not that great. The service is not great at either restaurant because there wasn’t enough staff and they didn’t feel well trained. In contrast the food and service at Sofitel where we ate twice is very good. It’s the little things that let the Hilton down. Like no drink on arrival, no water fountain or ice machines (the Sheraton does) and the main pool does not have a toilet right next to it (that could find). The breakfast options are quite limited compared to others. Overall the Hilton is not terrible but it’s not awesome either.
