The food is really bad, soups, tasteless, just water, not enough variety in the dishes, as for desserts, the same every day for lunch and dinner, no ingenuity, they NEED a lot of attention in the food and beverage area!! It's not worth the price they charge, avoid it if you can.

Omar, who worked by the poolside/bar was great! He was on top of it all. Knew our orders and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome! He was kind and made sure we had everything we needed! Find him if you come to this resort, he made it great!

Service staff exceptional
Omar at the pool service was great! Very attentive. Everyone at the buffet, restaurants, and pool service was beyond expectations. Alexis, Eduardo, Francesco, ramone, santos, pool entertainment was great. Felix the captain was super attentive and made our stay great!

Angel is the best!!
Angel at the concierge was amazing and so helpful. The hotel was not the greatest but Angel made our experience so much better. He listened to our concerns had empathy and addressed them professionally. Thank you so much to Angel! He really made our trip!

I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff, food, environment, room, service etc was ALL fantastic. Although I didn’t appreciate the disrespect and sneaky behavior from the wedding planner - Narda. I got married on May 16th and was quite disappointed with how everything played out. There weren’t the right amount of Chairs provided for the ceremony so people (about 6) had to stand around instead of sitting down. Also, didn’t give the Dj the correct song for my first dance with my husband and father daughter dance with my dad. Because of this error on her part, I was robbed from my father daughter dance. The DJ told me they were not able to find the song even though I confirmed the timeline and everything with the wedding planner several times. The cake was also not made in the right flavor after several times of confirming this detail. The following day, narda failed to give me back all of the wedding decorations (napkins, table, liners, centerpieces, dinner plate mats, etc) that I brought and bought with my own money. She told me she “wasn’t in charge of cleaning up and gathering all the wedding details” (but it is in her job description, hence a wedding planner…) and then asked me why I wanted all of the details back. I had to ask her several times that I needed all of the details back that I brought after myself, my mom and other family member confronted her and then she magically “was able to find the majority of my items,” but STILL failed to give me back items like the table numbers, which I truly believe she will be using for future weddings. I had to go find her several times to return all of my items (instead of enjoying my last day at the resort) and when she spoke to my mother, she was beyond disrespectful telling her that she had already given me all of the details, but that was not true. It has truly been heartbreaking that she has left this impact from such a special day and I will not be recommending any friends to do their wedding with this wedding planner Narda.
