The service at breakfast was Amazing. Ruben and Marrisa we're very nice, pleasant and attentive. We did not have to ask them for anything. I would love to have 20 employees like them! 5 star service. Unfortunately the manager Lucy and front desk staff weren't helpful at all!! The first 2 nights we slept in a room full of mildew, which coincidentally is in the coffee shop, etc. I could not breathe. After reporting this we we're moved to a very clean room, however we no longer had wifi, or phone service! From our front door all the way to out balcony or phones we're blocked. And i have 5g unlimited service and free roaming. I could not received or make any calls, text or emails. My business suffered for the enire 8 days and 7 night. We we're not offered any compensation. I truly hate writing reviews, but after this i had to do it. Our cleaning lady Patricia ( our room number 393) was also amazing, as well as the staff at the Hacienda pool. In closing there are many other locations at this price much cleaner etc.

Oct 28, 2025A wonderful getaway!
We went to celebrate my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and had the most wonderful experience! All areas of the hotel are clean and taken care of. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a very nice one, with spacious rooms and very good food. The service was exceptional everywhere, from the gate, greeting you with a smile upon arrival, to front desk always looking for ways to help if needed, and of course to the waiters in the restaurants and the pool. Pool waiter Alexis gets an extra acknowledgment for keeping us hydrated and happy! Everyone at the main buffet restaurant was very nice and polite with all members of our party. The hotel is located in a very centric area of puerto vallarta, we didn’t leave for anything but it is close to the airport, downtown, and a mall in case you have time to spare. On our last night, there was live music with a great singer that had all of us singing along, perfect way to end our short getaway I cannot recommend this enough!

Give Ruben a Raise and a Promotion
The resort was lovely. It was nice. It had a good vibe. The rooms were beautiful and the weather was great. The all inclusive package is the way to go! I want to give special compliment to Ruben, on the wait staff. He took care of us the whole time we were at the resort. He is personable, super understanding, and really had an amazing mood and presence. We enjoyed every moment we were there due to his high level of care and professionalism. He deserves a raise and a promotion if he wants it.

It has truly been a wonderfully amazing experience. The staff, Ruben specifically, has been super attentive. They have been simply brilliant. Ruben is one of a kind! He deserves a raise! We will absolutely be back
