Excellent beach front location. Services were very good. Staff work hard to accommodate guest needs. Food was very good, ate at buffet most days, chef was attentive to my son's special dietary needs. Room had water ingress after thunderstorm, front desk sent staff to clean up in middle of night and was able to get us to an upgraded room for no extra charge. We needed a wheelchair one day, staff came with wheel chair and helped with wheel chair from room to taxi.

Overall a wonderful trip
Pros and Cons Pros - [ ] The music they played at the pool was great - [ ] Servers - very attentive (Manuel, Cesar, Hector, Antonio but so many more - [ ] Rooms - bed very comfy, bathtub nice, great layout - [ ] Coffee Shop - nice touch - [ ] Hacienda lounge - beautiful - [ ] Library - air conditioned and great seating - [ ] A la carte meals - wonderful and amazing artwork on the walls - [ ] Hacienda pool - gorgeous palm trees and gardens - [ ] Drinks - lots of options and ice available always - plenty of non-alcoholic drinks as well - [ ] Gym - clean, decent equipment and nice area to stretch upstairs - [ ] Lots of fresh fruit - [ ] Beach sand was clean - [ ] Saw a sea turtle laying her eggs and taking care of the sand before and after. Completely mind blowing. - [ ] Air conditioning in the room was wonderful and also had a ceiling fan - [ ] Mini bar was a nice touch in the room - [ ] Yummy desserts - [ ] Airport transfer was easy to find on the way to the hotel - [ ] The landscaping was wonderful all around - [ ] All the staff were very friendly - [ ] Many staff spoke English, which was a nice bonus - [ ] Staff were very appreciative of tips received - [ ] Available umbrellas Cons - [ ] Welcome - could’ve received a map that would’ve shown more of the locations - [ ] Lizard poop around the pool -was not picked up on a daily basis - [ ] Bathrooms by the pool - wet floors that were very slippery - [ ] Buffet - very repetitive, but had healthy options - [ ] Beach vendors were a constant issue even when on chairs that belonged to the resort - [ ] Difficult to walk on the beach because of the slant by the ocean - [ ] Many tiles missing in the Hacienda pool - [ ] Raccoons were around the buffet at night and it didn’t seem like anybody really cared. They were also on the stairs and hallway by our room.

Perfect place to recharge your battery!
A cute, traditional Mexican resort with everything you need. The staff are wonderful, always going over and above to make sure you're satisfied. Extra shout out to Miguel, Manuel, and Hector in the buffet.....and Antonio and Willan at the pool. The food is plentiful and flavorful. The Italian restaurant has the best Cesar salad I've ever had! I have a dietary issue and America remembered that every time she seated us for dinner. You need to see Maribelle in the coffee bar/lounge in the evening! She is so kind and the sweetest lady. We had minor issue with a broken fridge but it was dealt with quickly. No problems getting a seat by the pool, no matter the time of day. This is a solid 4 start and we will definately put this on our destination to return to list. Gracias!
