Feb 14, 2026Wonderful All-Inclusive with Exceptional Service, Modern Rooms, and Good Variety of Activities and Food for Everyone
This was my first all-inclusive resort experience and have to say that this exceeded my expectations! I was here for a 5-night stay to celebrate a family birthday and had a very wonderful time here. While the spacious, modern ocean-front rooms were exceptional, the attentiveness and kindness of the staff was what made our trip truly unforgettable. The servers in Vela (Gonzalo, Rosario, Norma, Esmeralda, Mario, Bianca, Esperanza) greeted us with warm smiles everyday and were always on top of our needs without ever needing to ask. They even remembered our mother's birthday and surprised her with a cake and sparkler, and came together to sing her a happy birthday. Also ,Jose who worked the cabana service by the pool set up balloons and a birthday banner for our mother and always made sure that we were never without a beverage throughout the day- this was truly indicative of how much they care about their guests' experience. Besides the exceptional service, we enjoyed the variety of restaurants within the resort- Cocomar was our favorite given the fresh and high quality seafood. The hotel also provided a lot of different activities that were great for all age groups. The kids in our family especially liked the Silent Disco party and Bingo night. I felt like the 5 days here went by so quickly given how much we enjoyed our time here and would happily come back to visit PV and stay at the Hilton again.

Incredible Vacation
We stayed at this resort in December just before Christmas and wow were we happy with it. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The food/drinks are definitely “elevated” all inclusive! We really liked the Italian and Asian fusion. What stood out the most was the staff we encountered every day. We took our 18 month to the kids club and were absolutely blown away by the ladies there. They run a beautiful club. Karen and Muramay were absolute angels and our little boy loved seeing them every morning. Karen even let him have one of her toy trucks- this absolutely made his trip. Francsia and Isla were two waitresses that made us feel like family, you can’t train that level of hospitality. Victor over at the beach restaurant was incredible as well. The gentleman who runs the omelettes/ eggs for breakfast buffet was a favourite as well- dancing and smiling! The staff truly make this hotel what it is and are some of the best we encounter in our 10 years of all inclusive hotels. All female staff we encountered were incredible to deal with. Please give your ladies some special praise Hilton! Shout out to the room service team as well for always bringing hot coffee and milk to our room for our family. 10/10 would recommend this hotel especially for families.

Exceptional hospitality from the hotel staff especially the ones from the Vela restaurant
We came to Hilton for a birthday celebration for mom and the staff was truly amazing. The Vela staff worked efficiently and as a team to provide truly exceptional service. I would like to name several staff that really stood out for us. Gonzalo, Rosario, Norma, Esmerelda, Mario, Pedro, Gilberto, and Bianca the servers at Vela were really attentive and super friendly. They showed us even more attention than those from the specialty restaurants. Jose, who worked by the pool, set up a birthday banner on the cabana and always made sure we had a drink in our hands. The service and hospitality with a smile really went a long way. The drinks were better than any all inclusive hotel I’ve stayed at. They had premium liquor on hand and that really makes a big difference. Everyone in our party would come back and frequent this hotel again. Amazing hotel and well maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone.

20th anniversary celebration
This was our first time at this property. We were so happy with the entire experience. We especially loved Cocomar for lunch. Martin was fantastic! The swim up bar and poolside service was friendly and fast. We caught the martini bar on the last night and it was wonderful. I wish we would have discovered it sooner. Our room was clean and patio had a perfect view for watching the sunset and whales. We will be back!
